  1. I know what you mean about the polishing! I rewired as much as possible to try and keep everything tidy... less wires the better i reakon. cheers

  3. I masked up brake booster and lines. Removed everything else. Covered rack like you said. Yep all sanded back, primed then painted including clear. Def worth doing mate, your engine looks awesome by the way!

  7. I modded my plenum to front facing and have had no probs at all. My engine makes 280 rwkw with no hassles at all.
  8. Havent had any problems with at all mate. Also no issues with the modified plenum either. Making around 280rwkw with no problems.
  9. Not 100% sure, we think it is a T 60/T3 Hybrid. Has .63 rear

  11. Here is my modded factory plenum modded to front facing. It is on a 25 not a 20 but you get the idea. Hasnt made a huge deal of difference to drivability. I would say a fraction more responsive than the stock setup. Pretty easy to do and not that expesive!

  14. Hey Simon Are you still running a the R32 ECU or did you move to a power FC? I am just in the process of tuning my 25 with a 32 ecu also. Cheers Ants
  15. Are you running the factory blow valve to atmosphere? Are you sure it is not leaking up above 10-12 psi?
  16. I use a micro switch on the throttle body of my S2 RB25 connected to pin 54. When TB closed switch is armed. I had the same problem of high idle when I first connected the 32 ecu. This switch fixed the problem.
