Its misfiring. Just gap you plugs to at least 0.8mm will solve the problem.

Series 2 turbo spools slighty faster than Series 1.

Check your vacuum hoses. Did you Tighten or loosen the screw on the BOV? If it a 2nd hand BOV, try it on some other cars, if its still the same...time for a new BOV!It shouldnt be like wat u had describe. Usually the sound will come in at about 3000rpm.

A friend of mine had one of those. When he brought his car to a tuner, the moment the tuner saw it, he says that has to go before anything can be done. He says that is no good.... dont ask me why...i dont know either .. thats wat i heard.

So u r saying I can change my turbo now using SAFC for the time being and maybe get a Power FC later on? When I get Power FC I will not need the FPR anymore or it has to be there as long as I'm using stock injectors?

Yes I have a RB25. I have almost everything except for injectors before turbo upgrade. To pull about 230-240rwkw is that possible to use my stock injectors and get a fuel pressure regulator instead?

Hi Guys, I'm wondering if anybody here could give me some feedback on this turbo I'm looking at e.g Will it be laggy? enough to support up to 240rwkw @ 1bar? and etc. Seller wants $700 for it, is this a good buy? Help is much appreciated. Thanx. Specs: The turbo has a internal wastgate with .60ar front housing with 54mm wheel and .48 exhaust housing it has a 3 inch inlet and is rated at 400 HP the turbo is like new with new ball bearings,wheels and housings.

The turbo was bought new about 3months ago less. Its been running on stock boost for about a month since bought , later then to 1 bar. It has done less then 10000k since i only serviced my car once since i got it. Yes it bolts on to stock manifold and dump pipe. As i posted its a (DIRECT BOLT ON) to rb25. PS: Im using my friends account to post as im too lazy to log in ...
