It has started already! Have had the car 4 days - Ordered Frount Mount cooler kit today (custom kit) Pick it up Saturday. Car going in to get full exhaust Tuesday. 3" dump -> Hi Flow Cat -> Y split -> 2 x 2.5" from back of cat to 2 x 6" x 14" cannon mufflers - No resonators = It's going to be a loud hoe ! Haltech E11.V2 in the pipeline Gotta decide on turbo now....... Might go with the T04Z with a huge rear housing.

Well - the car is booked in with the boys at Brookvale Mufflers. Andrew & Jamie there are top shelf guys - Stan you were right mate - they are good. Jamie took me through EXACTLY what he will be doing and why ! Had the car on the hoist to double check everything. (the others just quoted and didn't even look to see what it needed). Others told me 3-4 days for install - Jamie will have it all done in 1 day. Price is very very good too ! So I am happy - Booked in next tuesday, can't wait ! Cheers all !

I don't think you can get them anymore from Japan - as the earliest versions are 1990 and don't come under the old 15 year rule anymore. And AFAIK there is no SEVS compliance for them. I got mine locally - already brought in. The guy a I got it from was a old fella (53) and had too many cars - it's bog stock (for now). Orig 70,000 kms and the owner did about 2000kms on it. I love it - been driving around in it all arvo and evening - plenty of power, good road feel - very solid feel. It's in excellent condition too - hardly a scratch on it. New wheels and tyres. etc. Good Val ! Keen to tak it down the 1/4 - apprently these babys can fo a 14 sec quarter stockm with the auto ! Have my eye on a cooler kit , zorst, boost, ECU etc ! But for now enjoying the standard ride - It's so quiet when cruising - except when you out your foot down and you can then hear the turbos spool ! Wooo Hooo !
