its a series one dude... probably just got a few updates in its life.

if ur build date is early to mid 95 i KNOW its not a series 2. The engine or bits may have been replaced.

read thru this thread and see what u find out.

i got a mini baseball bat for just such an occasion nothing like the sound of aluminum on skull.

u should drill them... i raced one the other night on half throttle and it couldnt get past... it stayed at about the same speed but didnt gain... it was wet and everytime i put the foot down (in 4th or 5th) the side stepped out so kept it half throttle. supercharged v6 i took on at calder i beat by half a second.... so theyre nothing super either... 5.7litres will be a bit more challenging specially if theyre modified... my mates 300kw SS beats me.... just.

147kw the stock wrxs are... the crappy lower end ones. it all comes down to the driver andrew... cars dont drive themselves down the qtr.

unfortunately andrew ur wrong. a stock WRX is nothing... it bogs down and most of them are driven by suits who cant change gears to save themselves. only one i took on and got beaten by had a FMIC, POD, a bit more boost and a zorst.... i got up to about his rear wheel b4 we stopped. and yes s15s arent to be under estimated got drilled by one the other week lol full exhaust, computer, boost, CAI Box and POD...

u would be better off with ur R32 ECU and i doubt they are interchangable downwards. andrew i might know someone who wants the boost controller... will let ya know

no grim u cant have it steve i tried calling but it rang out... my gfs still interested in it but wants to know if u wanna meet up somewhere so we casn take a look at it and maybe test drive it.

im down for it definately... and further down the track if u hold a circuit day... specially if its sandown cause it looks like a nice track
