  1. hey mate.... just wondering what the go with this post is.... if you could kindly fill me in with any details about the s13, or the 33 for that matter, it would be much appreciated. do you know where he gets his work done?? or what times its run?? who owns it?? do you know him?? where does he work?? cheers Linton
  2. hehe, i should take a panoramic shot... we live on a hill.... all around us, from any side, all you can see is deep craters that look like nuclear explosions have gone off....bloody mining town! the stuff you speak of though, is from the power station.
  3. the problem with black cars is you cant see the detail....its also not the best angle, as the only thing that makes a 400r kit is the front bar basically.. cheers Linton
  4. im interested....could you send me a link or some pics [email protected] cheers Linton
  5. how badly damaged is the 180 bn rear bar??
  6. cut and paste is good fun. i did that quickly to get rid of it.

  9. GTR pressure plate - $300 new friction plate... either puck or full face - $200 to $1000 lightened flywheel - $400 to $700 that should be plenty good for that much power and constant abuse.

  11. ive never ever seen a cop set up with a radar, with a sign out. never in nsw have i ever seen that.
  12. just remove it all together
  13. i get about 300kms to a tank in my 33....but its bouncing off limiter round most corners. the magnas are not a bad car, and look pretty good too. the only problem i do have with them is they torque steer like crazy and you sit really low in them, or the window level is really high....its hard to see out the windows....and im 6'2". but they are alot better than camrys and other mid size fwds. the toyota passenger cars are good, but unless you get a sports model, they are very grandpa-ish. by far the all round best drive car is the Subarus....i had a 2000 Liberty RX wagon. dumped on 18s....looked phat, super nice to drive, all the creature comforts, good power, good torque, lots of room. awesome car, sometimes i wish i still had it. cheers Linton
  14. rb25.....are you serious??? i work on prados all the time. the 3L turbo diesels go better than the 4L V6's....the v6's are terrible. and out dragging a new ss commodore.... i dont think so. unless the ss driver cant drive and was wheelspinning like crazy off the line whereas the 2 tonne prado, cant wheelspin, and does nothing but get traction. get the 2 vehicles to line up again and take a video or something. cheers Linton

    Wrx Gtr

looks like an audi a4....shoulda left the wang on it... but very very smooth, well done. cheers Linton
  16. hahahaha holy shitballs..... i dont take any notice to the dates. i just post to anything i have something to say about.
  17. most hks turbos are bolt on, if it says bolt on, usually it is. however i think the GTRS will be too small for the 33, i put one on a mates 180, 244rwkw, comes on boost hard at 3-4000rpm, its well suited to the sr20. i think it may be a bit small for the rb25. up to you though. but alot of money to buy a new turbo, and have it run out of puff. cheers Linton
  18. the power fc runs sr20's lean as when you plug them in, they need to be tuned. we did the same mods to a mates 180sx, and it did the exact same thing. when we got it to the tuner, it was running lean as. after tuning, pulled 244rwkw. go get it tuned asap. cheers Linton
  19. Gun32GTR, thats good to hear, but once you've had the car a while, you soon find yourself looking at other cars and wondering. looks like a nice gtr though. i think the altezza has a 2L 4cyl built by Yamaha, not sure if its turbo'd or NA, i think it might be NA, also has sports suspension and the usual sporty aspects thrown in by toyota. cheers Linton
  20. the problem with 33s is they are about as expensive to mod as a gtr, unlike a silvia or r32, which are cheap as chips for most parts. replacement parts are also more expensive and harder to come across....like headlights, taillights, things like that. im setting my r33 up for serious drifting, but im not exactly saving up to buy the car in the first place. drifting costs money, lots of money...and you will break things. if you had the money for a 34, then buy a 33 for drift, if you have the money for a 33 then buy a 32 for drift. cheers Linton
  21. ionos.... ive had heavier swaybars fitted to all my cars, havent got any for the 33 yet though. but on my honda, r31 skyline, and my 00' subaru liberty, and didnt notice any change in driving in a straight line, also made cornering much more stable and comfortable, body was all over the shop and carrying on. what makes you say that ride quality is affected??? with swaybars, there is no downside.
