ey all.... i posted a few days ago about my manifold being screwed and now just discovered my external gate is screwed... the main seal is cracked and is now uselss!!!...
wondering if i could get suggestions of brands, places and so forth (within reason though monet wise )

been a while since i have posted but i think i have a real crappy problem...
ok..
i havnt drivin my car in weeks which is an r33... and this morning i thought i would start her up and let her run for a bit...then take her for a wash and a little spin.. i let her warm up checkin all the fluids first and so forth.. everythin was just as i left her... and as i backed her out of the garage i heard a weird rumbling sound coming from the high mount manifold... so i jumped under the bonnet and gave the car a rev.. and man was my car loud!!!!.. so i checked all connection for anything suspcious until i came across the devil!!..lol... i noticed that there is a hole (about half the size of ya pinky fingernail) in the manifold... its just under where the turbo sits on the manifold along the pipe that goes to the external gate.. WHAT DO I DO???
is there anyway to fix this with the manifold still in..or does my whole setup have to come out!!.... this is the third time this yr ill have to bring out the turbo!!... so sick of it.. anyway anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.. from where to fix it to a shop where i can buy manifolds.. btw from the s/e suburbs if that helps..
hey...... just installing my new turbo blanket on my high mounted t04e garret and for some reason i am having one hell of a time trying to get this thing on!!!.. yes i tried the search function....but does anyone have any ideas to ease the situation.... its a sonic performance one with the clips that the springs go on.... i cannot get them tight enough nor barely on....cheers guys

dude!!!... ive already made my r33 to a pretty moded car...but now i just want it different.... no way i could sell it for an s15..... way to attached..its my first car and have only had it not even a year!!!...haha...although s15 do slide very nicely
ok!!!..... farkin hell... instead of me suggesting random turboz.... can sumone suggest a turbo for drift that will make a large number of power... i wanna see other opinions rather than my own...

ok... i didnt see the 2nd page to this lol..... ummm.... so if not a t04z recomended... what turbo is recommended...remembering that i do wanna make a nice sum of power..like 250rwkw +... im just really lost now.. the t04e is gay to drift with... i clutch kick the shite out of my car....and when it kicks in you almost go into a spin...lol...
hmmmm..... the thing is i dont want to make enough power.. i wanna make plenty of it... i have a t04e garrett on it now... and it should make around 250rwkw after injectors and so forth... but themax torque is at like 4600rpm... i found a place that u can buy the t04z for the same price with the exaust housings changed.... so therefor higher power...less lag.... things like camshafts should increase spool time and putting an rb30 bottom end... now im gettin out of my league...lol...
what if i decided to get the exaust houseing change to like a .61.... wouldnt that reduce lag... cause i wanna drift on track....and with a laggy turbo its not much fun.. godl..turboz are so ridiculiously over priced!!
hey all..... ok... i have an r33 with an lt12 microtech ECU,.....and all my pollution gear ect is taken off so my idle adjustment doesnt work... and microtech doesnt have one i dont think..so my idle after warmed up is 600rpm.... but i want it higher cause sometimes it stalls under braking ect... if i block the vacuum line from the turbosmart BOV (atmospheric) the revs increase to 1000rpm (perfect)...is it safe to remove a BOV and have nothin??... or can i damage things eg. turbo
