  1. Yes they are I was trying to convince my brother to get 20x10s but the guy at TTF talked him out of it.... With the right offset they would have looked insane..
  2. Yer I know about that, what Im saying is when the auto is fully manualised like mine (see the video in my sig), the ratchet is very noisy and is sum what hard or heavy to change gears on a daily basis. If you could use an elecrtonic actuator to change it would be silent and easy, it just makes sense to run it this way (if you are fully manualised).
  3. LoL yep sure are, 20x8.5. Yhe car is in Auto salon next month come have a look.
  4. I have an MV Autos shift kit. But it would be nice being able to shift it quietly and easly, plus if you convert to a full electronic shift you could fit a manual style shifter with two sensors for a sequential shifting as well. But I agree, the RF freaks me out to.
  5. Ok Ill let you know when Iv got something. I know what you mean about the stock buttons too, my brother has a S2 Stagea and the buttons arent the greatest.
  6. I found this on google, its one of their old designs, but you can see how it all goes together. http://images.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=...l%3Den%26sa%3DN Howie It would be pretty easy to make up a couple of aloy paddles attached to some micro switches. it would all work on the stock triptonic. I could look into making something like this for you if you would like.
  7. Iv been thinking of making something like this for my car at tafe. Im studying mechatronics & robotics, so this is right up my alley If you use a manualised auto like the one that was in my car (click on link in my sig), this setup would be great.
  8. Get on the topstage website, they do an awsome widebody kit R33.
  9. Spotted R34NRG in dandy yesterday... NICE!!
  10. HAHA LoL I didnt even notice I did that.. I was writing an email about Ignition DVD at the same time LoLz.
  11. Dude this should be in the "Wanted to buy" section. But gl with it.
  12. I use one of the MV kits in my 33. But if you would like a drive in drive out optoin, head down to Knox Autos, they use keez shift kits, $400 drive away with a service. My mate just had his done there and his drives the same as mine, and they are realy helpful people.
  13. Myself and my brother will be there with Ferah and her crew, Team Ignition. My bros ride.
  14. Does anyone know where I can get one of these grills?
  15. I used to work on the production line at a ford supplier a few years back, I was driving the fork lift with 56 territory drive shafts in a stillage, I went round a corner a bit fast and the stillage tipped over and smashed into a wall, just as this happend the plant manager was walking up the walk way showing one of the ford senior managers around. All 56 shafts were damaged and the plant manager and ford bloke saw it all, you should have seen their faces. Total cost was like 60k, the stillage was deemed to be designed wrong as there was nothing preventing it from coming off the forks. Still kept my job and wet on to be good friends with the plant manager LoL.
  16. There will be two screws and a plastic locator holding the side of the bumper on. Pull back the stone guard from the wheel arch so you can locate the screws, remove the two screws, re position body kit tighten screws. If the body kit is heavily damaged around the screw holes you might need to use a couple of washers to hold it on. I found this pic on google and attached where the screws and the locator are. Hope this helps. Sorry about the poor quality pic. Doc1.doc
  17. I just went on the United website and they are bringing out a new fuel, Premium 100. I think I will try this out when its avalible, depending on price. Have a read>> http://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/index.asp?pgID=65
  18. It sounds like you may have a cracked/split hose running to your blow off valve. My friend came to me with the same issue on his r33, his hose was split.
  19. From what I remember, a few years back HPI magazine had one of their cars re tuned for ethanol based fuel. Again from what I remember, they got around 20kw gain and more torque. Does anyone else remember this? If you get more power with a cheaper fuel, why not move to it?
  20. I will drop by, I should meet up with the members of team ignite before autosalon neway.
  21. I did my first turbo change last year, statred the car and had the same thing with the smoke. I thought my car was on fire LoL. Iv done a few more since (mates cars) and its normal to get a bit of smoke.
  22. Ill be keeping an eye on this thread. What are the current mods?
  23. Looks like an rb20 r32 to me. As Dale FZ1 said "RB25 doesn't have the pressure feed on the comp housing for wastegate actuation - there shouldn't be a fitting there". Was it a reputable seller?
