  5. Fark having NO reo. This is a pic of my setup. It is not a cooling pro kit, but the same style. I used a HKS cooler and BLITZ pluming. I had to mod the cooler by welding on a cast bend.
  6. On an R33 the lower part of the reo covers half of the cooler, as does the front bar (S1) . The reason for cutting is to optomise air flow into the core.
  7. I have fitted a stealth kit with very little cutting required. I installed one in my mates S1 33, It required the bottom section of the bumper reinforcment to be trimmed only, leaving the top section intact. I will be installing the same kit in my brothers car in a month or so.

  16. In the states they do this conversion to S14s, as it is hard and expensive to get compliance for a GTR. I saw this on an IGNITION dvd ill try to find it for you, I think there is a mention of the company who do it. From what I remember it is not that difficult to do.

  18. To answer your first question. If you leave the switch on and gear down it will work but as you change back up from 1st to 2nd it goes into nuetral. (iv forgotten to switch it off a few times lol) As for you 2nd question. I somtimes leave it in 3rd and come to a stop at the lights, but if you try this in 4th it labours as you slow down. Once you come to a complete stop it is just like bein in first, BUT you have to remember to shift down to 1st before you take off or you will be in 3rd.(you will hear plenty of spool from the turbo but you wont get moving to quick)

  20. I saw a Vh commodore at a servo a few months ago, When he pulled up I noticed he had staggerd rims on it, The funny thing was that they were intercepters.. I asked him about them , He said that he had a melbourne engineer machine up the dished outer parts of the rim and then press them into the standard position(stock intercepters are made up of 2 pieces). Ne way I don't have a name or number (soz), but he said it was easy to get done and cost him $500 per rim.. But I agree with the others, this would not be a tested and proven process, and therfore it could possibly fail..

    Fmic Kit

    + 1 mate stick with the stealth kit. Iv made up my own kit that follows the same route as the cooling pro one, I painted it all in satin black and you can't even tell I have an intercooler. My brother is getting his stealth kit for his stagea in the next few weeks.
