was looking at getting a CF bonnet but a friend of mine in brissy said that they are not legal on the roads because they shatter, is that true? being from NZ i have no idea

Not alot of play in it at all. gear change is just fine..a little sticky when putting in into first on a stand still, oh and i get a wee squeeling noise if im in traffic conditions taking off going up a hill.

Hey all, kinda new to the GTR scene so i have a bit of what may seem a stupid question, i dont know that much about this kind of thing. Ive been driving skylines for a while but my previous two have been an r32 GTS and r34 GT. With both of these cars the clutch and brakes have been very light and fluid, however with my GTR the brakes arnt too bad but the clutch is quite heavy, now i was wondering if this is because of being a 4wd, rather high performance car, or if my clutch is just crap.

Well Car is all fixed, few spark plugs replaced as well as the cam sensor being replaced, runs like a dream. So i hope to be there for the thursday cruise, looking forward to meeting some of you. Oh and a question about membership, should i pay before or after my app has been recieved or does it not really matter? heh.

Ill get some pics up when i get my car back haha, woke up this morning ready to take my car for an early morning drive....ended up driving it straight to the nearest mechanic, couldn't get it over 2.5 due to misfiring. Kinda put a damper on my birthday lol

Hey all, just thought id introduce myself to all the NSW skyline owners out there. Just recently purchased a 1990 R32 GTR a couple days ago, gunmetal grey, pretty standard engine wise, just having a few problems with misfiring at the moment, but it has been sitting around for 4 months with unleaded fuel in it :s. Living in Sydney area, hope to see you all around the place.

Hey all, i just recently bought an r32 GTR, havn't signed any papers yet because im having a few problems with it. When i start it up cold i let the car run for about 10 minutes before driving out, but for about 15 minutes i cant get it over 2000 revs it just keeps misfiring, eventually after driving it for a bit the thing sorts itself out a bit and will misfire but at higher revs. I was told that because it has been sitting round for about 4 months not being driven (direct jap import) the fuel would have gone bad and may have gunk all through the engine. I'm planning on running it empty then filling it up and putting a flush through it. So guess my question is, is it probably just because its been sitting so long or most likely something else? Thanks for any advice
