What BOV are you guys running for high boost settings? eg. 1.7bar-2bar? Currently i am having issues with my BOVs. I have a HKS SSQV which is shyt and now my Greedy Type RS is giving me issues as well.. One time the RS had its valve stuck open and HKS had always have problem with stalling. I dont have much confidence in these 2 brands now and im worried it might destroy my compressor shaft if i continue running on those BOVs. I am serching for something more dependable and I was wondering are Tial BOVs any good? Another question. Do you guys run two BOVs at the intercooler to intake or one on each side of intercooler? What spring rates? Comments and feedbacks are most welcome.

Its good to wrap your turbo downpipes and ex.manifold with those heat wraps. For those who have doubts, make sure the heat wraps are soak in water for an hour to soften the wraps. Wrap it as tight as possible to prevent future twisting and rubbing against steel surfaces/pipes. By doing this, your pipes or welding joints wont get brittle and create cracking. Once its soaked, wrapped and securely fasten with driveshaft ties, heat the engine up and slowly let it dry. You will see how good it looks compared to dry wrapping. Doing it the right way will really help to cool the engine bay.

Whats the point having high hps when the engine doesnt hold up long? I am able to push 500whp with no problem w/1.8 bar or 1.9 but imagine revving it till 9k rpm? I would rather settle for something decent with a reliable engine.

Im running PROCAMS 260 10.25lift with no problem so far. You need to change to the Tomei type B valve springs and solid lifter and also with the right thickness of shims. Im making 441whp (Dyno Dynamics) @ 1.5bar w/GT35R w/TO4R compressor without adjusting the cam gears. You can safe rev till 9k rpm but make sure you have the supporting internals and oil pump for it. I will be posting my built soon. Cheers!

You can reuse your MLS headgasket. Just remember to clean it and copper spray the gasket before installing.

The turbos have seriously low mileage. I cant give u the exact mileage cos i really forgotten on checking my k's when i installed them.. Its less than 4,000kms i assure you. Its not even my next oil change yet. So its really close to new. I cant really give u a warranty on the turbos but if you install and run them in proper pressure/power i can guarantee you those turbos wont disappoint you. You can use back your stock manifolds with the GTSS turbos.
