  1. Thats wot I'd do. Or put legal pins in?
  2. wtf? Thats weird... Damn, I cant wait for my membership
  3. That VW is insane!! I'd love to do a project like that, except I cant afford it, Parents won't let me have the space, and don't know what I'm doing . Bride seats usually look better and more sporty then the GT-R seats, but not sure which is more comfortable
  4. Go black for sure, would look so good. And I doubt it will be a different colour under there. That colour is pretty common on R32s. Even if it is, just chuck the spoiler back on again. Easy fixed!
  5. Get them in any colour, then paint them. They look cool though.
  6. Sounds good. Hopefully my membership goes through by then
  7. Not bad, but i prefer ur old ones. How much did they cost you?
  8. They look nice. And I agree with joeyjoejoejuniorshabadoo, paint your calipers! Look for a DIY in the DIY section. Alot of info in there
  9. Check your radiator first. Then get a temperature of the coolant through the hoses. It might be the sensor, but unlikely.
  10. Who in their right mind would paint an R35?? I've had the car for 10 mins, but I'm bored with it. Lets paint it something else". Riiight, someone has too much money!! Try looking in the R35 section, might have some info in there.
  11. Do you have access to some Vernier Calipers? They would tell you exactly how thick it is. Should all be the same though. It is a NISMO after all, and designed for all Skylines unless otherwise stated.
  12. www.dpi.wa.gov.au is the site that handles all this. You should get alot of info on there. Otherwise, Ryan (SKY RYAN on here) was selling his plates, he might have some info about it. Not sure, as he still had them on Friday.
  13. I got some scratch remover, and hit the light about 5 or 6 times. Clearest I have ever seen it. Not perfect though, but it mite be inside the light. But, its a 1993 car, so what can you expect?
  14. What are you talking about? I'm just kidding around. I posted my number up in the forum, so you could have called me, and yes Andrew's car is a manual, but if I ever bought an R34, i'd have to get manual as well. Yeh, get me? Cos I dont...
  15. Yeh, my cat is fine. I took it off today, and there is nothing wrong with it? How can you stop the warm up tick? And what would explain my sudden loss pf power?
  16. Sure did. Fantastic car, the R34!! Although I'd have to have a manual.
  17. See? Open your eyes Guy!! Give me a call next time you wanna ride shotgun
  18. I would never do it. Bit dodgy, especially if your not the best welder.
  19. The lights and key beep does, not too sure about the reverse. From what I've heard, its audible for everyone around, so i'd say different speakers? Not too sure tho. The speaker is just above your right leg. Small black box with the corner cut out, with a small hole in the top just above a Nissan logo. Good luck finding it.
  20. I gave you my number, you could have called! Or borrow your mums car...
  21. Check your VIN number, the code is in there. And is it possible that your paint could have faded, thus making it look different?
  22. I havent done a timing belt before, nor have I had much experience with it, but I'm a 1st year mechanics apprentice. I was talking to one of the mechanics at work, and he was saying that all timing belts make a noise, before they are automaticly tensioned, which makes them too tight. You cant adjust it without taking the whole belt off, and it goes away after a while. Most timing belts are the same, so you'll get it no matter what you do. Just live with it, make your exhaust louder (like mine, i cant hear the engine ), or turn up the stereo! Btw, a tight timing belt doesnt not affect power what-so-ever
  23. Haha! Classic. Maybe you could use that to your advangtage? Thats probs y they got our details...
  24. I thought when the cat's going, it rattles when the car is cold, then stops when it has warmed up? Thats what mine is doing, although when you hit it, it doesnt rattle. I'm very confused now... I've lost so much power, and the car feels restrictive to drive, and it all happened around the time the clicking started. Any ideas?
  25. Karl, those pedals are incredibly dangerous. The sudden power boost they give the car at 4000 rpm can cause the wleds on the manifold to pop off... Very dangerous... Thanks to Andrew and Kel who organised this in 2 days! Good turn out. Pity about the cops though, but you get that. At least no one got stickered. Hopefully my car's on the road for the next one, but I'm not sure if I can keep up . Or if my car fits in with all yours, its kinda ugly...
