  1. Wow Sidd! Thats awesome! The tones look so much better. Ill have to keep that in mind when I edit the rest. Nice work on your other portaits! Quite different
  2. Last one for sure!
  3. Thanks Matt! I was pretty happy when she jumped out of the car and started stripping off
  4. Sidd, the more advice you can give me the better! I'm always more then happy to accept it. I was wishing I had a light/torch/flash/reflector at the time. In hindsight I could have used my flash gun... Go nuts with the editing. If you want the original photo i can email it to you when I get home.
  5. Thanks Zennon
  6. Haha, was a bit taken back when she started stripping off Yeah, I think it is a bit... Only reason I chose it was the "f*k the Police" on the wall, which I thought would have been cool. Everyone looks at me funny when I say that, so I could just mention I respect the cops, but thought it'd work as a backdrop for a car shoot. Probably worked better for this: We did move around that area though, this shot is my favourite so far: Yeah man, definately keeping at it! Cars and landscape will always be a favourite, but nothing wrong with branching out a bit
  7. I'm not a huge supporter of them either, but they work.
  8. Matt, awesome!! I always look to shoot something as simple as that, but havent found anything just yet... Sidd, nice lighting! I did my first model shoot today, not quite us your your standard yet but hopefully a few years practice will get me there. First shot I've processed: Not the best, but a start
  9. Finally some pics!! I've been watching this built up avidly, and it's good to see someone with a very similar mentallity to me when it comes to parts. Genuine or f**k off!! Nice work man, will continue to follow this til it's done. You have too much money aye... Haha
  10. Obviously doesnt know Antilag
  11. They're called "Scotch Locks" and are a great way to splice into wires. Put an existing wire into one side, and the wire to the mirror on the other, close it up til it locks in. It cuts into the cover of the wire and joins the circuit. VERY common in vehicle wiring, we use them often at work.
  12. ^^^ Definately step 1
  13. Have a look for Al's RB30 R33 engine bay, cant get much cleaner then that! It in the aforementioned Engine Bay thread.
  14. Nice shots Matt!! Your really getting the hang of the light thing.
  15. Holy crap!!! That looks insane!! Very nice. And nice project you have there mate, great starting point. A few of my mates have/had Ceffies and I love them! There's a few pics in my Photobucket page, links below. As for the S14 front end, apparently it's not as easy as a S15 conversion or 180 conversion (that'd be something different...) but it is possible. Check out nissansilvia.com for some info on the S13.4 conversion.
  16. Hahaha!! Did you notice any extra downforce?
  17. Thanks Sidd. I just got back from a photo course tonight where we had to submit two photos (I submitted that one and the surfer shot) and the only thing the teacher picked up with the tower feature point was too central. Was pretty pleased with that effort! Lol
  18. $700 for rims AND rubber? I fear I might disagree with your opinion of "nice" if that's the case If your on a budget, grab some spray paint and DIY. That way you save some money for some proper jap wheels in the future
  19. So chuck a 5mm spacer on the front then. Rears fit fine, I had some on the back of my car for a month or so
  20. Awesome point of view Sidd
  21. Thats fantastic mate! And nice property, very jealous!
  22. 70mm is the zoom, mate. Take your 55mm and zoom it all the way in and imagine a bit more then that, that's how far the 70mm Macro lens sits all the time, then the 100 and 105 is further still.
  23. Nice work, mate! Ceffies and 3L bottom ends, some on the best things Nissan gave us!
