Unless its a serious case of mates rates or cheap repairs there is no way thats $2k to repair. Rear passenger side quarter alone would be more than that to source, have grafted onto the car once the other one is cut off, prepared and painted. Not to mention the passenger door, window glass, alignment etc. My 2 cents - dont bite but i dont think its a good move to assure any potential buyer that its a "Maxiumum" of 2k. So if you cant afford to spend the 2k now and fix prior to sale, what happens when joe bloggs buys the car, has it fixed at a price of say $5-6k, and comes to you for reimbursement of the balance? will you be happily handing the cash over? I doubt it.

Great turnout and a fantastic cruise guys - thanks to all for showing up.

This is shaping up as a good cruise. We will be cruising as a group and indeed a club and obviously would prefer minimal attention from the boys in blue. Lets keep the driving sensible - anyone that wishes to be stupid will be asked to leave.

Ben: At this stage seing as Endorean has pulled out we will cruise from Mcdonalds to wisemans ferry via Dural. Has anyone done the drive from Wisemans Ferry back to the central coast? need to confirm the route

It would seem R33Deviat is a "limpdick" Every please remember to bring a 2way if you have one and fill up with fuel BEFORE YOU GET TO MCDONALDS. We will NOT be waiting while people stop at the Shell down the road on the way past.

I would suggest those people wanting to hear of any bad stories lurking around only listen to the comments of those with first hand experience. Ie not "my mates mates cousin" etc. I havent bought from Geoff although hes helped me a fair bit in the past.
