If it helps, HKS GT-SS very similar / same specs as Garrett -9's and both have the same power out put. Only thing different is the Compressor and Turbine Housings. Garrett make majority of all turbo chargers... Companies just put their badge on it

All those cars you listed are money pits. It's just a matter of time when parts will need replacing. All cars listed are great, just depends on what you like driving and the purpose you want to use it for. For drift work I'd go S15 For circuit I'd go EVO's. I particularly like the EVO VI TME, I have driven 1 and it quite a fun car, having said that, each EVO improved every time a new 1 was released. For quarter mile / drag runs = Supra. Would give you most top end out of all the cars listed. If you still can't decide, test drive all of them and pick the 1 you think is best and work it up from there.
