  4. Electroserve on Magill Rd. Magill are good, also Roccos Auto Elec on Payhnem Rd Felixstow are good but expensive. Where abouts do u live?

  6. The X axis of the graph represents airflow in pounds per minute. As a general rule, each pound of air generated represents 10hp. This is flywheel hp and not wheel hp, so don't confuse the two.   8. and just to emphasis SKs mention of 1/4 mile times and not caring of HP, in its most highest form of drag racing, top fuellers in usa have only a rough guesstimate of the hp their engines put out. If they wer so conserned about finding out a number im sure they could, but they seem to be more interested in getting good times. Hope that reflects some of this discussion.
  9. 2530 is lucky to reach 250rwkws, theres no way a 2540 will make 300 on normal fuel.
  10. u have a 2530 rite? Hopefully does it stick out like a sore thumb or look stocky as. With aftermarket turbos, u need to ger full emissions testin done as steve mentioned. Bad luck about the defect. hope u have as painless a process of gettin the car off defect.
  11. dont they need to be run in so to speak. Ie at least 500kms before they start to work. So if u do a back to back dyno it will prolly show nothin, even thou they prolly dont work?
  12. go a unichip (if they work on ur car that is) Cheaper then a safc and ebc combo, and unichip controls both ign and fuel, and has a boost controller aswell, like the one i have for sale. Check it out. Id recommend it definately over safc, but if u want to spend more go a full ecu like the wolf. goodluck

  15. From Family Guy: If u make eye contact, u have to rev the engine twice, then when the light goes green u drag, and flip the other car over. Its the rules of the road. :) Pretty accurate id say.
  16. i dont think N1s can stretch to 350awkws, but why do u care about a number. If u ask nicely the dyno operator can make it 350awkws... 500 awkws etc. but u r right, around 300-340 id say. good luck.

Ill let u know once i myself know. Shoudnt cost more then 600 for the turbo work, and that is probably worst case senario.

Matt: Thanks for the info on the w.a. I agree the rb20 wont suffice. Steve: Hmm is 040 a better fit, otherwise i might get some prices of jap brand pumps. At current, I am speaking to Bill from ATS in regards to hiflowing the stock turbo, and see what options i have. Will be lookin at min of 250rwks. Will there be any difference between a decent EBC and the PFC EBC in performance. I assume that the PFC will work better with the EBC it was designed with?
