  8. Ahhh ill send it to her, just PM'd you too Haha nice..... Bec works for MSRC and would see some seriously shitty maintainance on bikes hence the comment For all your biking needs http://msrc.com.au/ Yeah good point although i can see Jarrad in skinny ass jeans and a studded leather jacket
  9. Ill send you the contact details and you can ask yourself, whats your email again buddy?
  10. She has tried to get me on a bike for years..... You seen Donkey Kong on a bike in Mario Kart...... Well that is me Good cheap way to go and then Bird Matt will have someone to cruise with haha
  11. Here is part 2 to the email - I'm assuming he saw the price of the CBR125's... if he's strapped for cash then they are a viable option but just remind him he will get sick of it quicker then a bigger bike and probably have to buy another bike even sooner than he would if he bought a 250 or bigger.. As you can see most decent learner bikes are around 3k neg. (but it's better than spending another $1-2k on repairs & tyres etc which usually happens with the smaller engines as they work harder than the big bikes & learners have no idea how to maintain shit!) Tell him gumtree is probably the best (cheap) option for finding bikes I just had a look at bikes sales & found these ones... but there will be heaps more out there.. All of these bikes share the same engine >> (ZZR250/ GPX250 & NINJA250)<<.. this one is a baby at 16000kms... http://www.bikesales.com.au/private/details/kawasaki-zz-r250-ex250-1993-13292788?PriceTo=682&__sid=13BAD834C840&__Nne=15&__Qpb=1&__Ns=p_IsPoa_Int32%7c0%7c%7cp_RankSort_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_HasPhotos_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Model_String%7c0%7c%7cp_YearMade_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_PriceSort_Decimal%7c1%7c%7cp_PhotoCount_Int32%7c1&SearchAction=N&__N=1432%20604%201428%20682%2080%201480%204294967215 Another good value kwakka.. http://www.bikesales.com.au/private/details/kawasaki-gpx250r-ex250f-2007-13682979?PriceTo=682&__sid=13BAD834C840&__Nne=15&__Qpb=1&__Ns=p_IsPoa_Int32%7c0%7c%7cp_RankSort_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_HasPhotos_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Model_String%7c0%7c%7cp_YearMade_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_PriceSort_Decimal%7c1%7c%7cp_PhotoCount_Int32%7c1&SearchAction=N&__N=1432%20604%201428%20682%2080%201480%204294967215 This one has more kms but Hondas are reliable & this one has been looked after... http://www.bikesales.com.au/private/details/honda-vt250-spada-1990-13750908?__Qpb=1&__No=30&__Ns=p_IsPoa_Int32%7c0%7c%7cp_RankSort_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_HasPhotos_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Model_String%7c0%7c%7cp_YearMade_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_PriceSort_Decimal%7c1%7c%7cp_PhotoCount_Int32%7c1&SearchAction=N&__N=1432%20604%201428%20682%2080%201480&PriceTo=682&__Nne=15&__sid=13BAD834C840 He probably thinks this one looks gayyy but again it's well looked after & reliable as hell... http://www.bikesales.com.au/private/details/honda-cb250-2001-9651046?__Qpb=1&__No=15&__Ns=p_IsPoa_Int32%7c0%7c%7cp_RankSort_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_HasPhotos_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Model_String%7c0%7c%7cp_YearMade_Int32%7c1%7c%7cp_PriceSort_Decimal%7c1%7c%7cp_PhotoCount_Int32%7c1&SearchAction=N&__N=1432%20604%201428%20682%2080%201480%204294967259&PriceTo=682&__Nne=15&__sid=13BAD834C840 The list goes on..
  12. I can still f**k that up too Anyway, here is the first part of the reply from Bec - Ok... tell him to bypass the 125 option... they are terrible. lol Easiest options are the Ninja 250 (which should be going cheap now as theyve released a superceded 300 version now) or a new CBR250R ... (not the old CBR250RR)! Failing those options I would also look at the VTR250 (naked) or if he wanted to go for a bigger learner legal bike go for a Suzuki 650 (SV or GSXF) .. again (NOT a GS500...they're sheeeet) Lemme see if I can find any good buys.. You would want to spend at leask 3k to get a decent bike that hasn't been neglected... tell him to look for a bike with low kms i.e- up to 25000kms max!!
  13. So basically......Me
  14. I just flicked my sis an email to get her opinion as she will know of plenty for sale as she has worked with bikes for nearly 10yrs Ill let you know what she says buddy!
  15. My KU36 got noisy as they feathered..... The RSR seem quieter and grip is good! I paid $250ea fitted and balanced for 265/35/18 and they did it while i waited, that was in Sydney so i assume someone in Melbourne will have the similar deal.
  16. Already liked and shared! I am all over the FB!
  17. Yeah i have just gone to the Federal RSR on my GTT and they seem good all round, Ant has just put the Nittos on his 34GTR and also seems pretty happy, there are quite a few options i guess.
  18. Maybe T4NKenstein needs to work on his Abs then to hold him in the seat? hahaha like i can talk
  19. Just 100 mile an hour tape yourself too the seat? Haha I thought the GTR seats would be better than the GTT, what sort of driving you doing on old pac anyway man? Rally cross? lolz
  20. See i know whats going on lol
  21. I WAS going to be away but due to the flights i may possibly be around for some of that day so would like to make an appearance I think i fly out on the 23rd instead.....
  22. Oh and SUPER HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ant
  23. Ohhhhhh, well i am no bob the builder, i know demolition only!! Lol In standard terms yes, once you put a bullet proof clutch in then the only thing protecting the driveline is your left leg and driving style If i dumped mine my gearbox would go die!
