Funnily enough........................................ NO The guy is the local HWP and he said the car is bright green and next time he see's it he WILL pull it over and IF the issues arent fixed he will go to town on it..... They discussed potential fixes for the issues and not just defect it! Pretty impressive and professional on their behalf! And he hates "Wanker Valves" so he is OK in my book

Sounds like the clutch fan is locked and in need of replacement i guess, the howling means its locked....... How much did they quote you for one?

RWC are state specific.... In NSW if your transferring from another state its Blue Slip which is painful..... Post up mods and pics and we should be able to say Yay or Nay to your chances..... Most modified skylines have some legality issues that are normally fixable for RWC

Haha i think its mostly the way.... You get stuck into it and THEN think of a build thread.... My build took so long that i had time to do an epic one, but i didnt I have only recently started uploading proper images etc
