  1. Hi Guys,

I need to offload some stuff i don't need -

New Blue silicon radiator hoses to suit R34 (I think they fit 33 too), i bought these but have decided i want black ones to suit the whole stealth theme. These have been fitted on my car but have never had coolant run through them as the car has not been started.

    Price $40 + Post

Genuine Sard 550cc injectors, done little work in my R34 and are only being replaced due to upgrading to 1000cc items in preparation for E85, these are a direct fit for R34GTT and are top quality items, currently fitted to car but will be removed upon sale as the new injectors are ready to go in.

Price $500 + Post (Have original receipt for $1100ish somewhere)

Starcorp Racing Tracer 2 rims, 17x8 and 17x9 with some dish but they do have rash from the precious owner, these are best suited to skids or for passing rego with the new tyres. There are 3 brand new Sunew 235/45/17 tyres and one original that had really good tread, i only had these to get the car rolling while mine went for repair.

    Price $399 + Post

    18 inch tyres -

4 tyres 235/40/18 which would be good for drift etc as the tread is like new apart from the half inch of baldness on the inside from some seriously retarded wheel alignment issues.

    Price $100 for all 4

1 tyre 235/40/18 which is near new, had to purchase retail for $170 to avoid a defect out the front of a tyre shop (Thievin pricks) -

    Price $70

K&N pod filter, i will throw in what i have left of the cleaner kit so basically you will have a new filter, these things have the lifetime warranty stuff and am only selling as i need to upgrade to a bigger inlet.

    Price $50

I will also be removing the R34GTR fuel pump from my car as it is being upgraded, this will also be available for sale, make an offer and ill consider it.

Ill have a look around the shed as i know i will find more stuff to offload...

All items located in the Hunter/Newcastle area.

Contact via PM or SMS 0434 353 292

    Thanks guys

    Mat

  2. 1 bolt (M8 socket cap, alloy) on US site is $1.30US, same bolt on Aust site $1.84AUD

thats from the pro bolt sites... thats more than just currency exchange effecting that price...

I wonder if its more worthwhile buying from the US in that case...

Depending on how many you buy i guess... The dollar would make buying it cheaper but freight, waiting and the extra hassle would really have to be taken into account compared to how much you would save, on another note, they may make you buy from Aus shop and not send them due to that??

  3. Money is not an issue, i just want it to be able to handle the power im getting soon, or for now 200kw.. I dnt want it too heavy.. I want something similar feel of the standard clutch would feel..And do i need to order these clutches over the internet? Any convenient shops around melbourne that i can just buy it , install , and drive out...

My standard clutch gave up at 200rwkw... Replaced it with a genuine excedy cushioned button and couldn't have been happier for a daily, it feels the same as stock, is rated to just over the 300rwkw mark and is a good all rounder... Any clutch place can get one of these and I fit mine in a couple of hours with a mate (plus allow an hour or so for a flywheel machine)... Was about $1300 back in the day but costs have come down I think...

  4. I got all mine from bunnings so you can definetely get what you want there.

I didn't realise you were actually asking what size they were, I could have told you they were M6 straight up.

Yeah, size was one thing but more so who was using where and what options are available... I am happy to stick with bunnings as its easy and should look good

Jeebuz Matt is yours ready for tuning already?

Man Ive gotta pull my finger out and get mine finished :(

    Its not ready...no...

But if i book it in ill have no excuse not to MAKE it ready... That's my plan anyhow  Who is doing yours?

  5. Found out one of my stock wheels were cracked, so I'm looking for a replacement. Only after one, but will buy a pair or set If need be.

    No need to have tyres.

    Cheers,

    Adam.

Got a set of 17's (F-8's and R-9's) with new tyres (Cheapies).... Will sell the set for $380

  6. i would have found a way to make it work lol.

well good news anyway i got my new crank tested, fitted with crank collar, ACL race mains and big end bearings supplied, and maching of crank for 400... not a bad price! just need to re-assy. check tolerances and then put it back together

Who is doing the engine work for you champ?

  7. Dude give Bunnings a try, just make sure you get the stainless or high tensile ones and you'll be set. Just double checked the lengths, definately 25mm for the cam covers. You can also use them for the CAS as well if you want.

Oh yeh and I used a 1/4" flat washer (stainless).

Fwiw you can use m8 x15 or 20 for the fuel rail too and I can't remember the size for the tb, work out what ones you want to replace, flick me a pm and I'll get you pics of the packs so you can go and grab them all. I'm trying to convert all the bolts to hex type........just to annoy my tuner lol

Hahaha well Plazmaman are already the upgraded type and the HKS rail came with the too so i am pretty much sorted there... I've gotta go to Bunnings on Sat morning so ill suss it out... I need too get this sorted on the weekend hopefully so i can get the car to a tuner....

  8. Hi Guys,

Craved Coatings has done an awesome job with my cam covers but i want to use some decent Allen key style bolts or something to dress up the engine bay a little bit as the factory bolts look like crap, tried the old :google: and had no luck, there is companies offshore doing them but not the exact ones i am after... I downloaded this as an example -

If someone can steer me in the right direction it would be appreciated

  9. Yes this build has been the longest ever for me, however good comes to those who wait!!!

This is why I bought the Z-tune :whistling:

I'm already at 12 months and have achieved nothing like you have, your build is looking amazing  but fingers crossed it will be on a car trailer to Ingleburn very soon for finishing touches
