can't make it. Selling my spot to James.

If the parkers look like this they are factory xenons if they look like this they are non-xenon
-
Non-Xenon have a square plain looking side parker casing. Xenon's have a little circular parker light If you still have the factory ballast on the factory xenon lights its just a matter of soldering a couple of wires together.

Everyone has their own reasons for training, sure strength is an aspect but not its not the only reason for many people. sense of achievment, confidence or just simply enjoy trying to better yourself and end joy the excersise. Perhaps just enjoy what you do and let others do the same without trying to seem superior.

gersfan replied to Weezy's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
would you sell these without the tyres? -
money sent. this should be good!

this. a lot of people follow a 40/40/20 split. you can easily gain muscle with this.. also to YDURTY4, perhaps lift your calories to 3000 or so. if you start gaining too much fat lower it

Good value at $119. Going to give this a go rather than the usual 10lb bag of ON.

Love the colour of your Rays LM GT's. Have plans to paint mine black soon. nice car -
This guy is great and I'd recommend all his videos to anyone. His vids were the first I ever used to get my form down and I'm glad I found these before others as his form is excellent. He obviously knows what he's doing, looks like he's got quite a big fanbase nowdays.

took me ages reading the last page, some good info. Most young guys started off in the gym working pecs and biceps right? I know I did, perhaps thats because I had no guidance though. also agree on the delt training, really do not need much weight at all if you are trying to isolate them. Question, how much weight do you guys use on a front raise for shoulders and what kind of form do you use?

Gtr R33 Series 3 '97 Vspec Airbags
gersfan replied to JnJ's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
If it doesn't have a passenger airbag it's not a series 3 -
What about figure 8 lifting straps? I've never used them but I believe they take a lot of the load off your wrists and forearms.
-
awesome, it looks great with the projector xenons, I need to find some somewhere
-
theres really not much difference between series 1,2 and 3. If you want bang for buck better off with a series 1.
-
He doesn't like those rims nah seriously that black series 3 is niiiice

I have fun with mine and no problems so far (touch wood). Are you interested in looking over east? Much better selection and you could probably pick up a s3 if that's what you really want. That's what I ended up doing and as they are slightly cheaper over there you still end up with it on the road in perth for a good price.

oh ok, do you know him? I was just writing what he told me. When I looked at it he told me he had a guy who works up north wanting to buy it within the next 2 weeks. didn't really believe him. Anyhow, the car is like new inside and it's a pretty fair price I think
-
I went and had a look at it a few weeks ago. VERY clean car. Only real thing was it had 1 scratch under the drivers side headlight on the front bar. I didn't think it had much go in it though being mostly stock. If you intend on modding it I think it's a very good example. The owner seemed a pretty genuine and nice guy too. Umm, I'll also ad he mentioned his friend imported it and couldnt afford to keep it, that's why he purchased it. He said it hadn't been that well maintainted by his friend but it's obvious the car is well looked after now.

Cruise ship sounds plausible. Gotta say I'd laugh if I saw someone in office clothes deadlifting a water bottle for a clean set of 50

This. I've been thinking of going on holiday for a while but don't want to miss the gym and not eat right. I thought it was bad that I was so worried about it. Good to see I'm not the only one lol
