  2. Ok but are you re-tuning the standard ecu without O2 sensors? Anyway i want to hear from people if they have done this, if not, what do you think? Worth it? Good idea? Big Mike
  3. Thought so. I saw it in the workshop when i took my GTR to get some stuff done. She looks special in purple, all the best mate. Big Mike
  4. Anyone got a standard R32 GTR ecu installed Nistune and run it in a R33 GTR? I have been told you need to change O2 sensors to do this, just throwing it out there if anyone has done it? Dont know there might be more to it...? Might be an option for those with R33 GTRs who cant wait... (I am thinking about it) Big Mike
  5. Cooper, You in Adelaide mate? Whos doing the work on your car? Cheers, Big Mike
  6. Graham West Workshops! Speak to Brett or with regard to tuning speak to Ashley. Good bunch of guys i was happy with what they did. Big Mike
  7. Other ways to go about getting your point across the way you did just made you look stupid. But anyway, none taken and none intended on my behalf. Why is what a dyno reads out so "incorrect"? (genuine question!)
  8. Go to the place that tuned it and poke smart ass remarks to them. Im going by numbers on the dyno sheet. Thanks champ. Big Mike
  9. R33 GTR stock as a rock besides Trust Power Evo. II exhaust including de-cat pipe also some Jap "power chip" of unknown origin: - Max torque: 589.5Nm @ 94kmph (in 3rd gear) (As a reference Max power: 189kW @ 134kmph) Cheers, Big Mike
  10. anyone know the diameter (OD and/or ID) of stock R33 GTR front pipes where they bolt onto the cat? or aftermarket ones for that matter (ie. HKS, Trust, etc) cheers

  12. Adz2332 I just bought my 33 GTR (its done 71000kms) and im planning to do the exact same thing as you (im also in Adelaide) I heard Graham West is quite good, i gave him a call on Saturday and caught Graham himself and had a chat with him, sounds like they are quite good and ive herard good things about him from others too, i was thinking of going there... Let me know how you go and where you go id be very interested, i know you can get new timing belt, bearings and seals as a kit for $350 (Justjap.com) Cheers mate
  13. is the 2530 (and 2510, 2540s) still in production or is the gt-rs designed to be a new and improved replacement, i was under the assumption that the gt-rs has a quicker response over the 2530
  14. is that exhaust (trust ti-r in 90mm pipe) still available to purchase from trust/greddy through nengun or anyone else for that matter?
  15. Hi id just like to introduce myself to everyone, my name is Big Mike and i recently bought an R33 GTR Vspec! The car i have been waiting patiently to own ever since i discovered they existed! Few questions, im planning do to minor servicing myself with my cousin (im an engineer and cousin is a mechanic of 8 yrs), this weekend hopeful to do standard fluid changes (ie. engine oil, coolant and replace oil, fuel, air filters) but what about diff and gearbox oil? Easy to change? What do i need? Also, what is a good workshop in Adelaide to take my 33 for other work (thinking about getting timing belt changed also while i can set of adjustable cam gears)...??? Any advice, tips etc would be greatly appreciated! Maybe thats too many questions at once, haha Thanks all! Big Mike (proud owner)
