I've got a set on my GTR. Makes the car look more modern. Looks stock, until they light up.

I've owned both cars and there isn't really much of a difference in space. It really depends on what your reasoning is for getting a sedan. If you're just after the fact that it's got 4 doors, then go for it. If you're after more legroom, I'd probably consider other cars like the Chaser, Aristo, Caldina, Stagea, etc. Will definitely get more legroom in these cars than you would in an R32 sedan.
