  1. I share needles, been infected with countless diseases, take drugs, just recently got a bunch of tattoos from a dirty needle and frequently have unprotected anal sex with random male partners. Can I donate?
  2. So when are the homorous photo edits coming?
  3. Spotted a genuine R33 GTR spoiler on the back of a toyota camry in Oakleigh the other day. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
  4. Then, connect the spark plug up to your existing ignition system. Then BANG farking.
  5. Oh man, this is so good it just has to be fattening.
  6. Oh dear son of rajab. Must. Resist. Temptation.
  7. Certainly not, my good sir! I rarely get involved in EPA stuff with work, certainly not car related EPA offences anyway. Industrial and commercial noise maybe, but this sort of situation hardly ever comes up.
  8. Actually, I found the guy pretty nice, maybe he scored a shag the night before my visit and was in a better mood than normal?
  9. Spot on, it's a massive pain in the arse. When my gf got pulled over by the po-po in my car and they checked under the bonnet, I got a letter stating that I had to book in to one of only two inspection workshops. One in Mordialloc (or similar, can't quite remember), or hoppers crossing. It really sucked because there was no workshop on the northern side of the city, and it took me around an hour to get there and an hour to get home. When you pay the $75 odd bucks it is and the guy behind the counter is ticking your rego off in the 'big book' of defected cars, just note how many of them are Skylines or s13,s14 etc. Classic. It stings even worse when the test only takes about 10-15 minutes and you have to take the time off work and pay the costs. It's teh devil.
  10. I agree. The funny thing is, that as part of my job I am an authorised officer for the administration and enforcement of the Environment Protection Act 1970 lol.
  11. Yes, I live only minutes away. Have seen you driving down St Helena Rd once whilst I was on the way to work, and once of Diamond Creek Rd when I was walking to the bus stop!
  12. WHO TOLD YOU?!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. My understanding is that you can legally record any conversation that you are a party to without their knowing or consent. I recommend that everybody records their conversations with police, because they occasionally 'forget' things on the stand or make things up, i've witnessed it first hand. I just use my phone.
  14. Good post, thanks for clearing that up. It's going to always be difficult to fight something like an EPA notice, or a defect. I imagine the outcome of such a court case would be based on the individual circumstances; eg if I showed the PO 'evidence' to suggest the exhaust was legal (i.e exhaust reading certificate or something) one could argue that this would address any 'reasonable ground for suspicion'? A final thought:
  15. If you know it's illegal and you get pinged for it, then yes, you deserve to have the book thrown at you. I spent a small fortune getting my exhaust custom made and now the db reading is below 90db (got the certificate to prove it), and if I got EPA'd, i'd sure as f**k be taking it to court. It's the principle of the matter, I wouldn't care how much it cost.
  16. Holy shit, i'd tuck my balls behind my arse if I could get in on this cruise. Team MANGINA - 'We know how to hide the stick'
  17. e-lawyer has spoken. What evidence do you have to back this unintelligent statement? I'd be happy to laugh at you if you got hit by a bus.
  18. Charli, i've seen you out and about about three times in the last six months! Must live close?
  19. No no no no no no no. Yes.
  20. Cheap and Locksmith don't belong in the same sentence! I locked the keys in my 33. Cost $110 bucks to call the guy out. Took the guy less than a minute to unlock the car. Couldn't fkn believe it.
  21. So, anti-harassment car cruise anyone? Lets show the world we aren't all a bunch of hoons. Who's in?
  22. I can't wait until I get my EPA notice in the mail. I have a feeling I was reported whilst being pulled over about a week and a half ago. If I do, i will certainly be taking it to court. I urge anyone who has received one of these notices to contact your solicitor for legal advice. BTW, when I was pulled over the first thing the guy said to me was (and I quote): "Just letting you know you're not obliged to say anything, but anything you do say can be used as evidence". I nearly pissed my pants laughing. What a wanker!
  23. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Then i'll have to scrap the thread and start again
  24. But that requires maths and the like. Just give me 100!
