Mine has been off the road (track) since november. Reason, Turbo change and broken gearbox. Reason for not being back on the track, Pure laziness. Can't believe the reuslts though... poos skylines.

I have to agree with them all B-man, probably best to not spend a fortune on it, just make it a bit of fun... kill it, then get something better, and have I got the car to step up to... A fully built R33 Drift Car... Cheap!

LOL, no staying on here mate, I love this place! Thanks for the congrats, I didn't expect to be back this year either. Scott left the team for reasons that I'm not too sure of, you would have to ask him mate. As a result I got an invite to test the car, and it turned into a drive. The Car has plenty of potential, and it has improved with just a little bit of testing, but there is still more to do. I was able to slide it from bridge to bridge at OP, so it can be slid, and it has got the gear there to get going.

nath, you need to work your spring rates into it also, but I was running +0.5 camber on the rear with -1deg toe... always hooked up with nearly 800nm torque. just a thought mate.

Hey Guys, Just thought I would stick my head in and mention that the Tyres being sold from Taleb Tyres were not sourced through Toyo Tyre and Rubber Australia. The following is an abstract taken from an official bulletin released from Toyo Tyre and Rubber Australia. "Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited has been importing very small quantities of Proxes R888 with the "GGG" compound, in the 195/55R15 size only, for specific users through Toyo motor sport tyre dealers. "GGG" compound tyres have only been provided to users after the motor sport tyre dealer & Tyre Technical Department have identified the using conditions as being suitable for this tread compound." "Retailers and wholesalers of parallel import Proxes R888 tyres are not specialist Toyo motor sport tyre dealers and are therefore unlikely to have the knowledge to advise Toyo motor sport tyre dealers and are therefore unlikely to have the knowledge to advise end users regarding the product that is best suited to their application. Most importantly,it is unlikely that end users purchasing parallel import Proxes R888 tyres know the tread compound of the tyres they are purchasing. "GGG" & "SG" tread compound tyres are suitable for a very narrow range of using conditions. It is unlikely that end users purchasing parallel import Proxes R888 tyres with "GGG" & "SG" tread compounds will have tyres that are suitable for their using conditions, and therefore are likely to be disappointed with the performance of these tyres." Hey kids, updates at the website www.mackieracing.com Be there tomorrow for some wall banging action... already 5 cars in carnage already!!! not a good weekend for us, but pleanty to watch if you're on the side line.

Had a blast last weekend... you guys don't know what your missing... biggest regret was not having the car there to thrash... but it is good to get on the other side of the wheel sometimes... Neil drove well, and seemed to have a great time... as indicated by the big smile he had every time he came back down the hill, and apart from one run the car went well all weekend! Got a few pics... you lot have to come out to this one next year... I'm going for sure... SAU in force I say!

Not ready yet... but pumped... HELL YEAH! Oh, and Fink's 200sx was an aussie built car, they didn't have the new car then, they do now, but apparently it won't be debuting this weekend...

Bugger... Adam, I was chatting to Chris Eastern today and he is keen as to come. I'll chase him to pay some dollars, but I would guess that given we are drifting this weekend at Oran it wont be till next week that either of us square the bill. Hey John, are you coming to play mate? Dan.
