  1. Below is an update of the wastegaste Venturi. Progress has been slow as John is having alot of problems panel beating the 304 stainless as it needs to be annealed every time he needs to beat it and the time frame is short before it cools.

  4. Yes very well put together thats if you want to run 98 and E85, what i am trying to do is only run E85 however as you know the concentration varies so we need to know the ethanol contant accurately . Tune can vary to fuel temp also when using E85 i have noticed he has not allowed for that.
  5. Below pic, I have installed the Zeitronix Ethanol content sensor that gives you the concentration of ethanol in E85 Fuel. This is a must when running E85, last thing you wont to do is give it a hit and you lean out cause the ethanol content has changed, this is connected to a return line. Just Engine management is a Dealer for Zeitronix products. http://www.zeitronix.com/

  8. OAB, Thank you for your comments and support. Its only people like yourself who can understand what i am trying to do and i am confident that this will all work. The design is not just made up its all from books that john has he has many times shown me the theory in book, the beauty about John is he has an amazing understand of these books and only he can put it in practise. This is where not only i benefit however everyone does. If you know any one in the motorsport industry do ask them about John Skola. Yes i know some people are negative on this forum, Hey you cannot make everyone happy. I come from an industry full of secrets, where these companies only benefit from this, i dont see why i should keep secrets where everyone wants a fast car and find it hard to acheive. I hope this info in some way open peoples eyes so they can try and copy it or even understand 10% of it. And this build is not a challenge to anyone, the only challenge i have is to complete it and list all the data and info to the best of my ability. Thank you again
  9. lol i doubt if he would like the publicity hard enough to get him on camera, its a shame he has so much knowlege and it will all go to waste.
  10. Yes we will be running pressure sensor for manifold back pressure and running sensors for boost pressure.

  14. 2 years ago i remember john saying to measure back pressure in the exhaust Vs boost pressure not sure if he still wants me to do it. Not sure how the readings would be installing this wastegate merge venturi!!! I will ask him tomorrow and will see what he has to say.
  15. You are more then welcome to come and see john and speak to him and let others know who he really is. Motec is the best and as i said before you can tell it what to do. If you ever need it tuned do let me know. John has seen some data from me and was very happy with the turbo compressor Map having high pressure ratio's. the only draw back was the turbine housing being 1.01 way to big compared to what i am running 0.71. The full race manifold i think i have said it in the thread of its problems. However if you have any of these parts we can take it to john to show him and he would be more then happy to give you some feed back. I do have a video of john talking about the EFR turbo's will have to find it and post it on here
  16. John has started to make the merge collector for the wastegate. Below is a very brief vid, we ran out of time i will get a full detailed vid on thursday.
  17. Yes i know i was just told today i have to use some special wire "tefzel" for all the sensors with raychem. Also i dont see anyother ECU out there that can do what i need it to do.

  20. I think you have one lazy turbo. One is overboosting to compensate, Best way to check it would be using two boost gauges one on each turbo and see whichone is boosting
