  1. the most rwkw you will achieve least expensively is around 170 - 180rwkw, once you get to this stage you need to start looking at turbos and injectors, ecu's etc witch is money money money. youll get there with a 3"zorst and proper dumps/fronts, along with bumping the boost to 10-12psi (the most before you start having issues)
  2. this isnt standard piping, its standard to the turbo etc, but both sides of the fmic are small. anyway, more response for smaller piping... i can live with that haha
  3. my money is on the atmo bov
  4. hes leading us on! how dare he
  5. you sure its not an external wastegate or watever it is? and if you have a pod, it will make a similar noise to a blow off valve on decel
  6. i think it might be around 2 inch :S to small?
  7. hey guys, please note this is a question about the PIPING for the fmic, not the cooler itself. id just like to know if the piping for the fmic size matters? on a stock setup. or the bigger the cooler piping to the TB the better? cheers
  8. what actualy happened? looks like you locked up, but your wheels where turned, yet it didnt turn a cm....
  9. if they are inaccurate it wont be by much, if your only running stock psi or there abouts, just get a cheapo one, if your pushing pounds then you need a good one, as its important to know exactly whats going on with the boost at higher levels.
  10. thanks for the info, very helpful, so with the 3.5 system in there with stock dump and front pipe, its not helping it i assume haha, but i will invest in a 3 inch bellmouth for the dump/front. i dont have an issue with sound at all, its quite quiet actualy...
  11. you shoulda tripped him up in the drive through and curb stomped him just for doing a burnout in a commonwhore... imo
  12. if someone has tightened that bolt on the gearbox, GOOD LUCK GETTING IT OFF somehow, me and my bro got it off after about 20 mins, we had an extension bar on it, and both of us where under the car, i had my foot on his foot, and we were both really straining to get it undone, but after some popped veins we got it cracked. but like others have said, you can fill it from the top on gtst's but not in gtr's
  13. ok, good thanks! i dont realy care about the size, i just didnt want it to be any worse than a 3 inch, which i beleive is optimal for a stock turbo. is that all you picked up? lol what about - don, srsly or iono, but its good to see u picked up a missing "o" cheers mate
  14. no i don want to take the cat out, srsly, i dont want the extra 500rwkw from taking the cat out, its just to fast for me, so ill leave it in. i was under the impression that you need some sort of back pressure, but iono
  15. sound or pollution? i dont get it
  16. hey all, this is more a "just curious" topic, but i purchased a car (havnt picked it up yet) and the car has a 3.5 inch zorst with a stock turbo, now in the past ive had a 3 inch zorst on the same system and found it enough, but will 3.5 inch be worse for the performance of the car? to me it seems like there wouldnt be enough back pressure. Anyway, i guess the MAIN question is, how much of a drop in perfomance will there be with this exhaust? should i invest in a 3inch? stock PSI to BTW cheers
  17. all questions are answered with if you want it and its cheap, the only thing u can do is get it inspected by racv nuff said
  18. id say its moisture to. but seems like a massive amount of moisture getting in... when i cleaned my engine bay (with a shitload of water) the engine ran ruff as guts, but even after 10 mins it was fine of driving, so i dont know how a little bit of moisture getting into your plugs and not drying after getting to work, which i assume is 30 mins away? and not have it dry up... just a thought, could it be oil leaking into the plugs? check your valley covers
  19. i thought you could run 10psi on stock ecu with no tune, it just runs rich? could be wrong though
  20. from my understanding they are the same, it looks like the whole top section of the bars are the same.
  21. watever theyve done to the guard/headlights looks epic sh*t
  22. thanks all! i sms'd u (cant call, im at work )
  23. does anyone know where i can buy a sheet big enough to wrap a dash facia on a R33? cheers
