I will be attending to my first ever SAU QLD AGM. Will be raising similar key points that my friend Clint has mentioned above. Tony, I will PM you my points of discussion before the end of the week. For everyone who is a Qld member or even non-members you really should make a conservative effort to attend to this AGM. It only comes once a year (hence the reason behind the A in AGM) and you get to have your say. Ok, good. Had me worried there for a bit. Internal HR can be a double edged sword IMO and in general can add little value to businesses (they are the first to go when redundancies take place in large organisations which is ironic) But hey I don't make the rules.
