i know what a dsg gearbox is... nissan's attempt at one sucks compared to audi/vw... atleast there dsg box changes quickly, unlike the nissan which might aswell be a tiptronic in a vx commodore. i don't think its cheating, i just can't see how they can improve on a time without doing anything to the car? how are you going to launch it at higher rpm? the computer will be set to its own thing. obviously nissan have set the launch rpm to what gets them the best time.. it already wheelspins at that anyway. your gonna have to be saying there shit for a long time yet, before you can trade in a starion on one.

i can't see how a stock car can have much varience in drag times anyway? its got launch controll. all there doing is using that, plant the accelerator and hope for the best... its automatic, not as if your gona f**k the launch, or miss a gear.

how can anyone prefer it being black? the grille part is still carbon.. from the photos you can't even tell its carbon anyway, all the bits in black make it look like nissan ran out of paint to finish it of, looks poverty spec like a hyundai with black bumpers. Top effort i reckon. and with the car being so new, and so little available for it, you can't really blame saurus for not putting much thought into it i guess, i doubt it will stay like that forever... wheels are better then stock.. but i wouldn't be rushing out to buy a set

both me and ted180 say its a little odd.. only because you thought it wasn't a turbo car.. ALL 180sx's are turbo. except the 1997onwards, where they had the s14 version atmo sr motor in the poverty basic package from factory. never ment anything towards the price. clearly you just want to get rid of the thing, fair enough. can't believe half the cars on here are still for sale at the price they are. g/l with the sale.

hi all, i have a few bits and pieces for sale. firstly an rb26dett out of an r33. it is suspected to have a cracked ring land/broken ring. it has a ported and polished head, basically a complete long motor without any accesories. it has intake plenum and butterflys, no sump, no valley or cam covers. $1999. bargain. hks superdrager exhaust to suit r33 gtst, pretty sure will fit a gtr as well. muffler is like brand new condition, no scratches etc, centre muffler has been removed... it is a catback system. $200 R33 gtst factory type m side skirts $150 r33 gtr rear pods (ones that come around onto the standard rear bumper from the quarter) $100 r33 gtst sr2 rear wing. $20 all parts pick up. email me at [email protected] i also have an ignitor/ 02 sensors, and injector resistor pack from a r33 gtr. make an offer on there, these smaller items can be posted.

from memory its a unit which you hook upto a screen... it displays temps/boost/etc. depending on wat sensors you connect to the camp.

i think you need to be more specific man... ie.. are you using the car on the track/street/drag/ etc. are you after comfort/ultra low... height/dampening. etc. i'd save up a bit more dosh and go for the aus spec teins. there a great all round coilover, comfort, but still handle. you can get em from fulcrum anywhere., probably other places too. i've driven a car with hsd's, there good cheap suspension too.
