    So i had the cam covers off yesterday to check the shim clearances by my freind (all withing range) while he was doing his thing i pulled apart mt covers and cleaned them as they were pretty black i cleaned the baffle and inside the covers as well

    Hi, I have an after market hks evc boost controller on my 32 gtr and since im looking to clean out crap from my engine bay am i able to ditch the factory nissan boost solenoid and hoses etc etc? the hoses lead somewhere but would they still be connected if the car has a boost controller? thanks

    ok so it seems no one here has done this - i will post up some info since nissan say to get a new nut when removed (i have ordered mine) Im glad i did some reading and found out about this
