We are meeting at Galleria Shopping Center on Friday, the 18th of September 8pm, departing around 8:45pm. Galleria is located on the corner of Walter Rd West and Collier Rd The map will be available from the meet point for a GOLD COIN donation. The money will be going towards the SilviaWA club display for Powercruise. We place a strong emphasis on safe driving at all our cruises, so if you intend to come along please obey the road rules. They didn't reserve spots for club displays last year so it will just be the same. The only thing they are not doing is have a "club entry"

There are no club entries this year. Powercruise organiser Gup said all club members just park together on the day.

I never experienced anything like this until i started driving to perth. (i lived in Mandurah) One night about 8pm i was driving to see my boyfriend with my friends in the car. I was in the tunnel and this green statesman pulled up beside me and started yelling shit like "nice car" so my girlfriend yelled back "rock on" and then it got nasty. They started yelling and swerving at me. I took the 1st exit as i was heading towards Noranda and they follow still yelling and swerving. I got to about grand prom and they started throwing shit at my car. At this point i was so freaked out i rang the BF and told him what was happening so to get ready if they followed me all the way to his house. Lucky when i got to Morley Drive they turned off. I got to the Bf's and he was waiting with a baseball bat. Pitty they didn't follow us all the way >=| That night i got about 3 bottles filled with liquid and one tin of hair gel (which hit my passenger) thrown at me. I did not understand why people would do this but after living in Perth for 2 years i understand there are lot of angry people driving around and ALOT of crack whores!

I have done the drive a thousand times as i was from Mandurah..They should make the freeway more interesting and then it would be a nice drive (eg: 120km ) I will see what we are doing might come down for a cruise
