  1. Hey Michael You, as the seller have the right to ask whatever price you want, just remember that you will only get what someone is prepared to pay. If you get what your asking for then good luck to you. I wasn't trying to insult you, I simply told you what I would be prepared to pay if they happened to fit my car. BTW TE-37's delivered by dAVE $2880. Still makes these fairly expensive. Once again good luck with the sale Cheers Muz
  2. Thanks Angus, I agree entirely. The R34 GTR is one hell of a car and definitely my next ride. GT-R32, Sorry bloke but I don't do the track thing anymore, just love to watch the younger generation do their thing. I'll stick to racing my AX-6 Rotax for the speed kicks. Cheers Muz
  3. Seriously, probably only as much as someone is prepared to pay. (from the pics, they look like they have been used and the wheels have some gutter rash as well) I would have offered, if the offset had been right, somewhere in the $1500-$2000 mark but that is only my opinion. Good luck Muz
  4. Hmmm, let me see, I have a GTT and offset is totally different unfortunately. Good luck with the sale. Also probably a little on the high side in price as dAVE sells Nismo LM4's for about $3200 brand new. Cheers Muz
  5. and offset please Cheers Muz
  6. I was parked between the two sets of garages just off the main access (first timer to Wakefield). Good to see a man enjoying his motoring. LM R390/391 in Oz. Nah don't think so but that would definitely have made my day. I think the road going version went for something around the mill$, which with our roads and laws would make it a pretty pricey piece of kit to sit in a garage somewhere. Muz
  7. Yep, know exactly where you're at with the bottomless bucket but hey it's a passion isn't it. Thought about a bigger set of wheels but I like the economies that 17's present. I come from the far north and trust me, the roads (goat tracks) are an absolute disgrace. My last car was a hot Honda Accord with 17's and hit a pothole on the major highway between Cairns and Townsville and split two rims right around the circumference. Only travelling at 70 k at the time (in heavy rain). So I'm a bit wary about getting anything too large that reduces the amount of rubber between me and the road. Why couldn't you enter? Cheers Muz
  8. Hey Maxx I pm'd you back with a response. Any idea if they can be made to fit with the i/c pipes? NismoR34 will probably want to know this as well. Cheers Muz
  9. Thanks Ewen, I liked that red R32 with C/F bonnet. Who owns that? Canberra local? and does he want to sell the wheels as they would look really great on my 34. Just kidding there. I must get to meet you guys soon. Cheers Muz
  10. Just back from Wakefield track day and I think I have died and gone to heaven. Car park full of Z32's, R31, R32, R33 and R34. Even the little GTiR Pulsar, S13's (both variants) S14 and S15's. About the only thing missing was the R390 LM but the incredible Black R34 GTR V-Spec (for sale) really made my day. I thought my R34 GTT had "presence" until I saw that. I now know what my next car will be and I don't car which wife/girlfriend/daughter I have to sell to get it. Some great action on the track and some of the 32 GTR boys will be thankful for the AWD as some of them were seen dissappearing backwards/sideways/straight ahead off the track. Bring on the next one I say. Muz
  11. Pm'd you and don't worry about the interstate thing, I'll pick them up. Muz
  12. Can anyone provide the model numbers for Bistein Dampers to suit an R34 GTT? All help appreciated. Muz
  13. Thanks Simmo, I shall extend your compliments to him............. after I get a price Muz
  14. Yep all pretty much spot on except I think the Reco V8 that powered Sir Jack's cars was a 2.5 litre otherwise not a bad read. I was at the Farm the day WB tore down a couple hundred metres of the horse track fencing in his Lola. Ahhhh Creek Corner what memories. OOOps showing the age here. Cheers Muz
  15. Thanks SupaFly. I spoke with Capital Steering today, I'll get out to Queenbeyan tomorrow. Cheers Muz
  16. Thanks to all the guys who pointed me to Jakes Performance for the PFC tune. I'm happy as with the tune and install of my Apexi Boost Control kit. Real smooth power delivery all the way through now. Had a small problem with light throttle but Jake fixed it in minutes. Totally different car to drive now. Now for the next test for all you ACT liners, who do I go to for a suspension upgrade here in the ACT? Thanks guys Cheers Muz
  17. Yep and so is the HKS kit. Simple logic tells me that if the vehicle is moving, then the swept hot air from the intercooler is being directed onto the fins of the oil cooler which not only is having to deal with the oil being hot, is now having to deal with a higher ambient temperature passing over its' fins which in turn then passes the hotter air onto the radiator which by now is really struggling. Probably got an A/C condenser in there somewhere as well. Probably compounding the temp rise all the time. Just my thoughts is all. Cheers Muz
  18. You really need to fit the oil cooler in clear air to get the full effect. Fitting it behind another cooler will only ensure that it gets hot air from in front and radiated heat from the radiator behind. Cheers Muz
  19. Just had a tune done at Jakes Performance in the ACT after fitting an Apexi Boost Control kit to the Power FC. Originally had the car tuned by a tuner in my home city but he was inexperienced in tuning PFC's and was only able to tune 184rwkw at 1 bar out of it. Jake manged 210 at the wheels at 1 bar. I have a front mount ARE intercooler (medium to largish), 3 inch dump and sytem, Z32 AFM and Apexi Power intake. I will post a copy of the chart as soon as I can get to a scanner or digi cam. AFR's run at a consistent 12 across the range. I was hoping for 220 but that will do me fine as it is at an unstressed level for the NEO. Cheers Muz
  20. GTRman, I can't answer what the difference is as I didn't look at the Trust item. I have a Nismo front bar and have mounted the cooler in front of the right front wheel behind the duct opening in the bar. rb26DETT is probably correct in saying that you need the biggest cooler you can get(within reason) and have plenty of air ducted to it. Remember the GTT is only a single turbo so the under bonnet temps will definitely be lower but the oil cooler will definitely reduce your engine oil temps Cheers Muz
  21. Hi all, Have just fitted (month ago) a HKS oil cooler and can guarantee that oil temps have dropped 15 -20 degrees. Cheers Muz
  22. Yep, I'm there for the show. Cheers Muz
  23. Hi Clint, I would love the rears but the fronts are going to be tooooooo low for mine. Nismo site says R Tune = 9 on the front and 8 on the rear, S Tune = 6.8 on front and 4.6 on the rear. Cheers and good luck with the sale Clint Muz
  24. If you're looking to offload one of the 2530's, I'll take one for my RB25DET. Cheers Muz
  25. Hi Clint, When you say they are low (front) is that with or without your spacer? I think they are actually R Tune as the S Tune are not height adjustable according to the Nismo site. Then again I could be wrong, either way, a great set of undercarriage Cheers Muz
