  1. Bolted straight in. No shims or springs needed. Runs like a standard engine just slightly noisier. cheers Muz
  2. I'm in for this. cheers Muz
  3. All good thanks Rianto. Great price BTW. Was quoted by local RDA distributor $630. cheers Muz

May the God of all things Nissan smite this devil tongued disbeliever from the face of this forum forever!
  5. Shooting is a bit harsh don't you think? I mean it is pretty permanent. Would you settle for castration? More pain and lasts a lifetime! cheers Muz
  6. Any links please
  7. What an absolutely excellent product. As with the standard of service, all first class! Always a pleasure doing business with you Stan. Did you ever get your GB for the CF door sills going? Pleasure doing business with you again. cheers Muz
  8. I should have added the Columbian Cuthroat JPM to that illustrious list of hard drivers and am very suprised that nobody picked me up on that. You're getting old Roy! cheers Muz
  9. Ok guys, I know that I am getting old and I may have blinked but wtf Senna-esque move are you attributing to Louise? Surely you can't be talking about the one where he stuffs it up and slides underneath DC???? C'mon really? I watched it via Star Sports and even the commentator on there said DC should have held his ground. Ahhh jesus come back Red 5, F1 is not the same without you. Is there nobody in F1 today who will put this little prick in his place? Where are all the MEN? Jones, Rosberg, Senna, Mansell, Villenuve (snr) Lauda, Piquet and the Schu would have put him into a wall by now. Most of the modern "pilotes" are built like jockey's and have cojones to match! I'm going to drag out my vid of Piquet senior thumping the prick who ran him off the road at Monza just to see some real motor racing not the stereotyped and overhyped crap we are currently being fed. (....rant over .... sits back, feet up on desk, clasps hand behind head and thinks .....wtf) Muz
  10. I feel for you mate. However try and look on the bright side, there is always someone worse off. We paid for our M35 in early 2007 and are still no closer to driving it. Our case is well documented on this forum and it is not just private sellers you have to be wary of. Muz
  11. Alive and well ( don't mean to hijack Stan's thread though). How ya doin? All good down that way? cheers Muz
  12. Yes I suppose it is irrelevent. For a start the Stewart era didn't have any of the aids or protection that drivers have these days ........
  13. Don't suppose anybody saw Lois cross the merge line on returning to the fray after a pit stop by any chance or was it just me and the commentators?
  14. Hi Stan, Am I too late for this? If not PM me the bank details and I will deposit today. cheers Muz
  15. That would be Haltech! and it is being tried on our M35 which while it looked promising in the early stages is yet to get the car past emissions testing. Last we heard was that car didn't pass testing but the compliance shop was being encouraged to try another exhaust sytem???. That was approximately 3-4 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything since.
  16. Thanks Paul JUst even more confused now. Perhaps someone from a compliance shop can help out here as I am sure the compliance shop would not be wasting their time and money chasng something they don't have to chase?. What about it Nigel? cheers Muz
  17. Sort answer is yes. Longer answer is no. All covered in another thread on this forum. When money was offered we were given a very short time frame for when car would pass compliance. Saw no sense in taking money if car was going to be ready within short period of time. After waiting approximately eight months we then agreed to offer but was advised that money was no longer being offered. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions about this. I have no beef with compliance shop as I have said on a great many occassions. If the import broker were to make the offer (which he hasn't) I probably wouldn't be writing this post and I wouldn't be answering all the PM's asking who was the broker. I'm happy to tell anyone who has caused this issue as I do not want anyone else to be going through what I and my wife are going through. We certainly can't afford to just throw away $35000. Maybe you can. cheers Murray
  18. Thanks Paul, Not too sure what exactly it all may mean. My car is MY2004 but MY2003 and earlier years of the M35 that have the VQ25DET engine have passed the testing. It was only when they changed from 79.00 to 79.01 that the problems all started. From 11/2003 onwards the M35 with VQ25DET installed ceased to be compliable as it is proving almost impossible to meet the 79.01 standards. So is what you are saying that any M35 irregardless of year of manufacture can be complied if any vehicle bearing the previously tested engine as OEM has passed compliance? A couple of questions arise. Aren't emission laws a national thing? Do you know of any 2004 M35 being registered (and therefore complied) in NSW/ACT? Cheers Murray
  19. Couldn't agree more. Even the greats and I do mean truly greats like Ayrton and Michael (flawed genius at times) started in lesser machinery and still managed to impress (and win) all who knew the sport in those days. Much like Mark Webber does these days. Hamilton maybe an excellent driver but racer??? I seriously doubt if he has that extra something to drag a car to finish line on three wheels like Giles Villeneuve did or come back from the horrific crash and burns like Niki Lauda to win a championship. No I'm sorry but the boy is not yet a man! cheers Muz
  20. Any comments on XTC Automotive at Nudgee? PFC Tuning wise i mean cheers
  21. I'm in for this conversion (if I haven't already said so - too lazy to go back and see if I have already nominated) so whoever is keeping the numbers please please include me. cheers Muz
  22. Yes mate you're so right. I have met with the guys who are trying their hardest to get the car to meet the ADR's. My beef is not with them and never has been. My beef is with the person who gave me the incorrect info at the beginning. I most sincerely thank all who have offered all kinds of support and I am aware of others who are working behind the scenes to try and get a resolution to this issue but I will not allow others to go unaware of the dealings of some allegedly respectable operators and their treatment of clients. It is my wish that nobody else should have to go through what I and my wife have gone through over the last twelve months. Thank again to all. Muz
  23. Two different brokers involved. Autech's issue is a little different to mine. It is well documented in here somewhere. cheers Muz
  24. Thanks all for your kind thoughts and ongoing support. Rest assured, we have no intention of going away and as they say "we will have our day". I only await the outcome of Autech Axis's court case with his broker and should it be anywhere near favourable we will commence proceedings also. We are confident of a very favourable outcome in his case. Stay tuned cheers and thanks all Muz and Kaz
