  1. mannn as some of you may no i have been looking for my r32gtr i found one was so keeen on it, and today i put it up on the hoist to give it the final check, fair enough a few light oil leaks thats nothin easy fix, drive shaft boots torn dats nfn and diff had a little leak but this is nothin as im a mechanic wouldnt be as expencive to fix, then i inspected the chassi and seals, they are all crushed and bent and worst of all rust it got worse, the tail shaft mountin bracket had been welded and a poor job i must say, also the floor has been cut out and covered up with a sheet of cheap metal and pop riverted back on. so sadly to say i had to say no to this car. Anyway enough with my sook story as i am devistated but is there still hope to find a nice r32 gtr that hasnt got all the under damage etc?
  2. man afta readin all that how can someone be so low to do that to someones car i swear if i caught someone doin that dey better fkn run, worst thing that has happened to me was that my car was egged. dw ppl its only a vl lol but still
  3. isnt it as simple as pullin the fuse out to disable 4wd i rember my mate did it and anotherr way he did it was while drivin turn igntiton on and off, wouldnt that be a cheaper option?
  4. best way to clean the oil stains is to get some brake clean and spray heaps on it of even some degreser works a treat
  5. most likly the spigot bearin or do the skylines have a bush i know the 31s had a bush, also can be the input shaft bearing.
  6. if u talkin about the driftshaft / axle seals there not that hard, you might have to remove the whole hub assembly but dependin on how good you are some people can remove the drive shafts without the hub out lol.
  7. yer but doin it that way sometimes u wont get all the air out of the system. best way would be go to repco or bursons or sometihn get one of those one man bleeders cost ya like 10 buks and u put the hose on the nipple and pump peddel to the little bottle is full, or easier way would be to get a vacume bleeder, which u hook up to a commpressor and u suk the fluid out of the nipple/ brake lines.
  8. well said totally agree
  9. if ur previous plugs were hotter ones and u changed them it is probly affectin the performance
  10. its not a gtr unless it came from factory as a gtr.
  11. yer like they say wrx boxs r made out of glass lol, but ive heard alot of bad things about the s15 6spd boxes ppl i no convert there 6spd to the s14 5 spd
  12. it can pretty much be any hose off the inlet manifold, thats up to u to decide.
  13. well for startes vacume lines run off the inlet manifold and some conect to da charcol canister, etc which vacume lines r u stuk on some piks wuld be helpful to
  14. could it be some sort of knock sensor, because on cold mornings engines are more common to knock, think of it as a good thing i guess at least you wont get any engine damage i guess.
  15. ahh yes defently that will be a good idea because i see your point u paid good money
  16. yer i totally agree with u it will be a costly procedure but yer i was just sayin the head will have to come off to do it thats all. but yer totally agree with both of use
  17. head off thats a start lol
  18. but if it was burnin oil wuldnt it loss comp?

  22. in the odometer it has little gears see if they are still conected together also chek the tabs if they have a liittle bit of play and not lockin the numbers
  23. u can always do it on the ground ive done a few transits on the ground its fun learn how to balance a box with ur body lol
  24. chek the flasher relay, fuses etc first then take it from there
  25. man best way to build a nice cold air intake is to put a decent size pod filter and get like a cone around it which conects to another hose so that it cannot suk any air besides wats in the cone and from the cone run pipin under the car ive made few for mates cars works a treat. just go to auto shops look around for pipin and flexi pipe brackets etc best way is to make it urself
