  1. could have air in the clutch hydraulic system also try changin ur gear box oil u find that it be smoother

  4. just a quik note if car has been sittin for a while wouldnt the internals dry out from not bein lubricated and seals etc will dry up??
  5. Ok like i have been sayin for a while im going to get a r32 gtr, now I have moved up in my appreniship I can now afford to get one. I want to get a r32 gtr but is there things to look out for or be care ful of I am aware of RWC items as I do them everyday but is there common faults or something that da average person wont notice as i dont want to get a gtr and find out that this is wrong with it etc. Also between the 89 model to 94 what is the difference??? thanks for ur help guys as soon I will have a gtr in my drive way and no more vl lol.

  8. hey all um my mate has a pintara trx 1990 it has the 2.4litre motor. his spedo stopped workin all of a sudden and i was thinkin wuld it be the trandjucer or is dere a coomon fault for these cars. any help will be apreciated.
  9. vl commodore stock as a rock drive alot in traffic to get to work but occasionly open the throttle shell 91 every now and then use 98 bout 400 - 450 to a tank recently replaced the oxy sensor
  10. chek ur brake lines and if your master cylinder is gettin correct pressure also chek for leeks on brake lines and master cylinder, culd even be worn seals in master cylinder.
  11. mayb try changin the fuel pump had a mates r31 doin similar to what ur one is i replaced fuel pump and she fired first go.
  12. i dont no wat ur talkin about about those factory turbos not goin ova 14psi lol my mate ran 22psi for 18months finally it blew lol.

  16. nuh i no that but i no in a lot of newer cars today the certain hose on a power steer sytem the high pressure hose its specially shaped and all that its the hoses that go to the rak?? just wonderin cause usually its specific if im makin sence
  17. i havnt really heard much of a difference between the 2 unless u doin some serious racing but my point of view standered ventalated is arite. plus now brake pads dont use aspesdos anymore they use fine metal particals in the brake pad so rotars dont last as long as they used 2. slotted do look better if u got money go for it if not just go normal cause rotars some are luky to last 80000km.
  18. if u afta a good battery get like was sed above a dry cell there great no maintenance and get one with alot of cca. like i got a 660 cca in those cold mornings my car starts first pop and it holds its charge really well
  19. i remember aat work we had one that was so stubborn we left the crc in ova nite even we had to take the pipe off and do it on the bench lol and we were still strugglin sometimes they can be difficult.

  21. best way wuld be to fiddle around in the lok where u broke it done dat on one of mmy mates old car just fiddle with a screw driver to move the latch or if u can be bothered remove rear seats and somehow dis conect the lok if u can reach lol but prob be easier to do it from the outside to fiddle with the lok. let me no how it goes.
  22. all i no is the normal part number z145a dont no nissan part number, if u contact nissan im sure they can tell u. is there a particular reason why u need the part number?? because a ryco filter and geniune is prob no difference. like i work for ford and the geniune oil filters we supply a sh*t i dont no how good the nissan ones r but nothin can beet a ryco
  23. just a note vl came out in 86, also is it true some nissan patrols had a caberattor rb30 i read it somewhere?
  24. get a test light and put it on the rear dimister lines if that makes sence, or test with multimeter if it reads low voltage then the demister paint is probly worn. it happened to mine one day it worked and day later it stopped. To fix it i got some special dimister paint and painted over the weak points where low voltage was recorded. works all good now. let me no how u go and i assist you.
