Ok so story goes Saturday night I get pulled over because my headlight was out. I leave and about 50m down the road some guy is walking in the middle of the road I go to the other side of the road to miss him and as I drive past this guy kicks my car Dented the rear quarter panel and scratch the door and quarter panel. I did a u-turn and got the cops that just pulled me over to nab him. Did reports etc etc Got a quote today for $1000 to fix the damage Now the thing is I know its going to take a very long time to get any money out of him and I'am currently trying to sell the car I dont have $1000 to fix the damage So my question is if I sell the car now for less would i be able to get compensation for a loss of value to the car or something similar

i think the major think alot of people might be wondering is, is this an SkylinesAustralia.com club or a private club with its own name, i, just like many other am a user who does not post much but does follow things like this IMHO if this is a club that is not being associated with SAU it shouldn't be organised on this forum, again this is in my honest opinion if this club is infact going to be SAU:SA i would be much more inclined to join and participate but the way i'am reading it at the moment it is just a few peopel who want to start an independent club and that is not very inviting to SAU users who do not actually attend cruses etc i would be interested in joining if this is SAU:SA and it would mainly be so i can attend track days

yeah it sounded a bit suss, i got the $203 fine for not complying with ADR's and he said if i repeadly did not comply i would get sent to court and go back to my l's i got done for too low in my old commodore btw, driving it for a week while im doing the suspension on the line and get done, not angry about it or anything but it seems this cop has being handing out defects like candy around gawler lately...

i got defected today and the cop told me that if i got defected again i could get a court summons and possibly loose my license, can anyone confirm or deny this, can you loose your license from defects?

anyone got more ideason this im having trouble too, i can't even get it close enough to do up the bolts, am i supposed to use the bushes with the groove going down the middle or the the ones with bits going down the sides

does anyone know where i can get a flat dark grey/gunmetal paint to paint my wheels, i've looked at autobarn, sprints, supercheap and autopro the closest thing i can find is gunmetal metallic and to me it looks like htere glitter in the paint
