Andy sent me a couple of pictures of his car, and i noticed something strange: His rear diff doesn't look like mine. Is it possible that his car is a non Vspec (without active diff)? We're just trying to work out which exact model his car is. Is has Vspec II interior, but no bonnet or diffuser. Also his MFD doesn't display intake and exhaust temp, which i believe is featured on Vspec's...Hope i'm wrong for his sake!

FWIW, my Vspec II Nür cost me a bucketload just 6 months ago. Not far off what some people are still asking for Nür's. I was surprised at the value, considering it's 7 years old.. Worth every penny, though.

It rattles quite a bit in traffic, but it doesn't bother me at all. Car is going great, cheers. No problems thus far (touch wood!) All credit to GT Auto Garage for a mint car. Thought you were selling yours, no?

STi PCD is actually 5x114.3. GTR can fit far more aggressive offsets, that's for sure!

Haha, nah, it's a little joke between Andy and I. Told him not to put crappy wheels on the GTR! We know each other because of our STi ownership (ex for me). From what he told me, the diffuser was stolen in Japan, and he's ordered a Top Secret diffuser as a replacement. The abscence of the carbon bonnet is a mystery..

The 'box in mine is quite noisy when it's cold. Hard to describe the noise, it's kind of whining (not like straight cut gears). 2500rpm or below, just prodding along until car is up to temp. The noise is usually gone after 5min of driving. Is this normal? Also i heard a few people say the gearbox rattles when they shut the car off - i had this as well, until i actually engaged a gear when turning the car off. It doesn't rattle anymore. Ed - We catching up soon or what?

Someone asked me if these will fit 32 GTR...I was told they won't, but i'm not 100% certain. Pretty sure 33 GTR is fine, and obviously ok for 34s.

I have the solution. Concrete + ramp shape mould. Easy!
