  1. Vin number, and its a 07/94, must have almost been one of the last made
  2. Wheels are 18's. Cars not here at the moment but i did find out its got rsr ti 2000 springs under it. These ones http://www.rs-r.com/store/pc/viewCategorie...y=24&page=2
  3. Charcoal canister, stores fuel vapours from the tank and then purges into inlet manifold.
  4. As anybody got any laying around for a 92 300gt sedan. I have a feeling someone may have fitted coupe springs to mine, although i love the height, the driveway doesnt and my exhaust scraps on everything. Thanks
  5. I Did PM you, 450 delivered for the ECU........ 200 delivered for the AFM
  6. Not keen on parting it out, so at this point no. Turns out they have written off the stagea as well. After yet another car now
  7. I have just written off my series 2 Stagea (NEO, as such i beleive they will do ER34 as well). As such i removed the ECU fitted with the type 4 nistune board. This cost me 300 for the board, 100 to get it fitted and 130 for the ECU. Its tuned for a z32 air flow meter (also removed), a GCG hi flow )running only 1 bar), pod and 3 inch exhaust with a walbro fuel pump. I didnt get around to fitting bigger injectors, hence the low boost. After $700 for ECU and AFM which includes the plug. It was mostly road tuned, very safe A/F ratios using a tech edge WBo2 sensor. ECU is 23710 0v801, for a series 2 rs4s and ER34 (manual obviously)

  9. Well this sux, the damage in the pic was quoted as over 9 grand damage. They wrote it off. Second car in 3 months...........
  10. Reversion. I get it pretty bad at times, because i have a GCG hi flow. I have minimised it by changing back to a plumb back and using a standard intake pipe (ribs break up the reversion somewhat). It did have a silicon intake but reversion was pretty bad.
  11. MIne had a whistling sound on boost, looked everywhere for a boost leak. Turned out the compressor wheel had little chips in it.
  12. It actually states on there to use no more than 6 milliseconds. It also states that the millisecond compensation is for dropping battery voltages. (both can be adjusted with nistune). Id be inclined to get them wired up, then adjust the dwell duty cycle to achieve the 6ms. This will give you max coil output at a duty cycle thats not going to shorten coil life excessively.
  13. That pic i posted was from nistune. You can adjust it, but if you add too much duty cycle you will just burn out coils. Millisecond adjustments with nistune are simply to compensate for lower battery voltages. Duty cycle adjustments are for the on time, which will increase as rpm rises. Easiest way to find out what is required is to hook coil up to a scope, you will see when full saturation is acheived because current will stop climbing and level out. Otherwise, provided the primary winding are resistances are massively dissimilar, i would just leave them.
  14. They are 2 different things. If frequency didn't change then there would a correlation between the 2 but because frequency increases (with RPM), then duty cycle must increase to achieve the same ON time (in milliseconds) in order to reach coil saturation. The pic shows that duty cycle has to increase as rpm increases, simply because we have less time.
  15. Sort of need to do something with this, just smashed the stagea. Not having good year.
  16. Intercooler is shot, radiator, radiator support, bonnet, front bar, both hi beams, grill. Hasnt really been assesed yet, its at the panel beaters, will be doing it monday morning.
  17. Dont you hate it when people fake to go and the stop, instead of merging...........
  18. No, the k multiplier will need to be changed for injectors and the AFM. the standard injectors are standard resistance, the seimens are fine, no resistor needed.
