  3. TNT freight from Melbourne to Hobart is $620, as they drive on and off for you expect any low front spoilers to be cracked on arrival!

  7. For sale - One CAMS approved bolt in roll cage painted black. Used in only 4-5 events without a crash. Custom made to clear all interior trim with side intrusion bars clearing standard door trims. Welded centre hoop with drivers side diagonal and harness bar. All bolts and nyloc nuts and padding included. Pics on request. $1500

  11. frankxiyu pm'd me, but for everyone else - no spacers were fitted to mine, but they did rub the plastic inner guard a little,but nothing a stanley knife couldn't fix.
  12. They just bolted onto my old 200SX fitted with 235/45/17 with 2.5 degrees of camber. I only had OEM style Nismo replacment struts and they cleared the shock body and spring seat fine. Looked pretty understanded on white too.
  13. For everyones benfit as I emailed this to BOV and Kerry. Sunaco GT plus - 102RON - $740 a drum - Scott Foster. Awesome stuff and comparable with Elf WRC... Elf won't agree with that statment ofcourse, but its seeing the same numbers on the dyno.

  15. Anything is possible, its just finding the right bit of road. I would like to see the old Eagle Hawk Neck course get up again, that would be good for most cars. 500 Car Club ran that one. Dysart was another old one that I'd previous run at (also 500CC), that was little boring as it wasn't very technical. If anyone has a fav bit fo road that is anywhere upto 2k with minmal residents speak up!
  16. The previous indicent on that 'straight' was more to do with low performance driving that high speed... a basic TR7 is far from a fast car!
  17. With David Owens Evo 4 suffered an engine failure on the weekend I was going take over his spot, but thanks to a re-design of the course with a chicane in the only straight a GTR is now uncompetitive so I'll be spectating... the Domain HC is now Evo and STi heaven.

  20. I ran Sunaco GT Plus (102) at the hillclimb on the weekend instead of chancing it with Ulitmate.

  23. Minna Road was great yesterday, but I was only good enough for sixth in the end with a best run of 37.88 (a touch quicker than the Jamie Vandenberg’s Evo5 at the last event). There was more in it, but I didn’t find it before the end of the day! Anyone thinking of doing some hillclimbs in the future should certainly go out of there way to do this one. It’s quick, but technical enough to not discourage cars without power. I'm certainly keen to have another go now I've got a better idea of the course. Leigh Price (white RX3 sedan) who usually comes down for Collinsvale and Domain was quick too (3rd) and very impressive. STi’s were quick and are well geared for one of the tricky corners where it really counts, Tim Filby’s WRX would be amazing at this course!
  24. The Lotus 340R will be cool to see running. There are some good machines planning on running that are not on the list yet too.
