I don't think any finance company would lend for an uncompled and unregistered vehicle as they have no way to put controlling interst on it... particually if its still in Japan. Maybe try and just get a person loan, not a vehicle loan.

grandmasterb - Not sure re-fixing the locks. Was going to suss it out today. Bov - I'll leave it at the warehouse until we move house in Feb.

On Wednesday night with the GTR sitting under the carport in the driveway behind a large gate some brain surgeon stuffed both door locks with scissors that broke off inside the lock barrels and put scratches in the lock surrounds and handles. Fortunately the damage is minimal, but at the same time a real pain in the arse as we couldn't unlock it without using a coat hanger and now can't lock it until it’s fixed. The barrels were so badly damaged the key wouldn't work. It's now in a secure warehouse with monitored alarm and the building is regularly checked by security guards. I’m not giving whoever it was a second chance to take it.

Kevin Bartlet drove Packers R32 in Targa in 93 and 94 from memory. Packer was to go nav but pulled out last minute. A mate of mine bought what he understands is his Packers former R34 a while ago.

Are 33 GTR and 34 GTR shocks interchangable? I thought yes, but have never tried so not sure.

$170 for a whole days actual racing in a series that SPEED Magazine called 'the real Gran Tourismo' here in Tassie sounds much more fun and better value that what Austsalon Mag would offer.

I used to have a sub to Speed and would buy HPI and Motor every now and then. Now read HPI on and off and subed to Motor. Although it was said that Speed's committment was invested into 2DMAX, I have never bought it. I looked one and though it was rubbish. I wounder how many people there were like me?

Andy has used them before, but prefers PFC.

Yeah Andy has been doing my stuff for years. Very good with PFC.

Have been helping a mate import an nice black R32 GTSt. We just picked it up from the docks & seeing it's as good as we though it would be hes giving it a tidy up this weekend and should be running the Hillclimb.
