car moves in neutral, the only problem at the time was exhuast, car was idling and running fine until that intersection. They will pay for it as it is the councils job to maintain the roads etc. Vic Roads said if council dont they will take them to court. Either way ill eventually get it back again.. Looks like ill blow the dust off my non turbo 33 and start driving it around haha .

On friday i was driving to melbourne from shepparton on friday. I was on a highway going 100km and had seen a massive chunk of road had been taken out (eg a pot hole had massive cracks and some smartass had pulled it out and placed it on the road). I couldnt swirve left cos someone was in left lane and couldnt go right because there was oncoming traffic. When i hit it i felt the most fkt up shit under my car then two seconds later i hear metal dragging on the ground . I get out and cut some wire off some farmers old shitty fence and did a dodgey job and thought that will do until melb. (its 5pm in middle of nowhere had no other choice haha). So i start the car and drive about 4km till i approach a T intersection, i put the clutch in to gear down and the car had stalled before i had the chance. So i was going about 60 by now and put it in 3rd to roll start it but all i got was a fkt up sound and the wheels locked up... i pushed the car to an emergency lane and tried starting it. All i get is a single click everytime i try start it. I can feel the click in the plenum but have no idea what to do. Ive tried roll starting it in every gear. 1.2.3.4.5 doesnt turn just locks up. Just thought i would get some advise off here before taking to some mechanic in shepparton who has no idea what they are looking at hahahaha. sorry for such a long story. any advise would be really appreciated. . . . . btw ive gone to the council and if i cant get it fixed without taking it to melb they will buy me a half cut haha. . . .

i had the same problem, replaced thermostat and was good for about a month and then happened again. the real problem was the radiator was 70% blocked. try getting the radiator tested. Its easy to take out and while ur doing that change/check thermostat and flush engine . . . . radiator cost me $110 brand new from nat rad in epping.

Here is the info about the car 1995 Gts 113.000kms (stopped driving it as i brought a gts-t) Manaul Sonic silver Clean inside , except for lining of bottom of driver door. (how i brought it lol) Regularly services every 30,000km ...... The only problem with it is exterior..... someone binned it and damaged the front right panel and bumber.. All has been replaced just needs a paint job.... Then keyed it also on the door and near fuel tank..... Besides that the car is perfect...... Car has rego until August 2010 and we can discuss a RWC.... Im looking for $8000 O.N.O as im wanting to finish off some renovations of my house and move overseas........ It has adjustable suspension, kenwood cd player and clarion 15inch sub, Car has been taken care of is perfect for P plate laws atm. Looking around 9-10 grand.

Also... engine has perfect compression, only done abt 102.000km before was pulled out. It its nice condition and works fine. Took it out of car due to project and now just sitting there on engine crane doing nothing lol.... The turbo on there is still perfect never left stock boost and no shaft play what so ever....

dude..... try gap ur spark plugs closer.... even if you go into a store and say i need spark plugs for rb20det they still aren't gapped close enough..... i had the same problem and all i did is gap them closer... since then no worries.... theres a topic on here that tells you the measurements...... also turn you boost down as 14psi will destroy the turbo... they are not that strong...... keep it about 11-12psi to be safe... catch hope it works for ya

hey.... thanks for the info...... i installed a front mount and after looking at the stock cooler saw that it was filled with oil of about 3 cm from bottom..... after connected everything and starting her up i let the ecu adapt to it and took it for a drive.... runs fkn sick.... not lagging at all.... thanks for that appreciated.......... cheers

hey i recently had a engine rebuilt cos some dick put a screw in my wastegate breather instead of chucking it onto cooler piping and ye fried all piston rings. Now since the upgrade every now n e then when i put my foot down a little the turbo is mass lagging and my blitz ssq is now jammed cos of oil. Im thinking cos the turbo wasnt replaced there is a problem maybe with the oil seal. Just a second opinion. Ive checked radiator and oil no milky shit in there so i know pistons etc r all good. If anyone could give me a clue as to what it could be would be appreciated. Also, when i first start the car and warm it up the blitz goes off when i change first to second...... after that nothing at all...... just flutter........ im running R33 series 1.5 boost controller and straight pipes with blitz nur spec R tip... so ye stocker thanks
