willing to travel outside of melbourne (within VIC of course) - doesn't necessarily need fog/indiator lights.

From memory my stock pump would prime up to the same and if you left it sitting, it would slowly drop to around about 1.5 almost 2bar as well. I don't remember the definite numbers but it did drop significantly, with my nismo pump it primes up high and very slowly drops slightly not much though.
