Hmmm i started having a problem with the r32 idleing really high, and it seemed like the throttlebody's were not fully closing. After checking everything that could be affecting the last thing to do was remove the intake manifold,and im glad i did.... Pulling the plenum away from the throttle bodys i strait away saw the peice of tissue paper caught around one of the throttlebodys,dope au So i thought f**k while this shits off i might aswell do as much as i can so i decided to get rid of evrey single water line, heater hoses and all,everythings gone, getting rid of some realy shit hoses andd a million possible leak points And i also gave the plenum a blasting while its off to As soon as i get some ball joints and swaybar bushes this will be going in the laurel

Since we have turned the boost up on the R34 it was time for a front mount intercooler I was pretty surprised how much bigger the GTT intercooler is compared to an R33 one Delta fin 8-) tested on of these coolers on my mates rb25 s13 on the dyno against another type of intercooler and it really performed well, much lower intake temps. will probly finish it on tuesday

1999 R34 GTT -110,000kms -Stock trubo with heaps of end float -Simota pod filter -Full 3" stainless exhuast from the turbo back with x-force Hi-flow cat -HDI boost controller -Yellow jacket coils 170kw on 10.5psi dropping off to around 9psi rich as a dog KW and Torque KW and boost Torque and boost

So after installing the boost controller it was time to test it out on the dyno. sorry the pics are a bit shity but here we go. We tryed 3 diferent settings,(stock turbo is f**ked) 7psi,9psi and 10.5psi droping off to around 9 leaving it at 170kw. Sadly it was pig rich,stupid stock ecu, so theres an easy 10-15kwto be had if it was runing around 12.5:1 but ended up with a 14% gain overall. KW and Torque KW and boost Torque and boost

A few weeks ago i installed an HDI boost guage and electronic boost controller in the R34

So over the last couple of weeks my mate/tuner mike and i have been doing the final touches to the car before we start tuneing. Its not pretty,but weve wired in a direct power feed from the batter for the coils & igniter,the loom beeing that old that there definantly would have been a voltage drop to the coils,as we have found on alott of cars this age lately,so combined with the new yellow jacket coils we shud have a nice strong spark. Started wireing in my Apexi RSM and wireing the the Inovate afr guage into the link ecu, also intalling a distribution block,plus i added a 10" electric fan on the back of my intercooler since their was so much room down there, should help with inlet temps when the cooler isnt get much frontal airflow my assistant

Hey guilt-toy, i was wandering if youv ever been able to get rid off the clunk clunk clunk hard cut rev limmiter on the link g4's and got them to sound like the full bangy ignition cut limiters on the older ecus. We have been trying several diferent settings the last couple of nights with my mates rb25 but still doesnt seem to change it much, channging th control range, turning the advanced mode settings off and having it on plain 100% ignition cut and its still very much the same. We ended up just setting it to -10* timming on limit to make it a bit bangyer but still not that happy. Had a bit to do with the build of this rb25det of my mates mahle 86.5 forged pistons and rings eagle h-beam conrods sinco manifold garrett 3076r .82 tial 44mm wastegate yellow jacket coils link G4 ecu sard 700cc injectors bosch 044 fuel pump rb26 acl race series bearings balanced crank teflon coatd block greddy 272* 11.5mm lift cams cams and cam gears greddy 3 layer metal 1.6mm head gasket ferrea valve springs brass valve giudes extensive head porting etc.. Swaping the cams for smaller ones as they dont match the turbo very well,it wants to rev to 10,000rpm but only has a stock oil pump. 256kw 12psi and 286kw 16psi 95 octane fuel on Dyno Dynamics Ramp rate 13 Torque and AFR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiB2qHt_-EY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pA_47ObEXMk

Their just copys of Te37's bro they look good on alomst everything! haha Sadly I only have 2 of them,but mine are 17x9.5 15p,iv got 25mm spacers on the front to but with the GTR guards and massive camber they sit in guards. You can also get them in 18x10,but im not sure of the offset

The board in the G4 Plug-in storm is the same as the board in the xtreme, but the g4 storm wire in ecu is different,and only has 4x injector drives,so if your running a G4 storm wire in on a 6 cylender then you can only run the injectors in batch fire.

My other project on the go at the moment is the laurel,this will be sort of a daily driver Drove it around for about a year rb20e manual so now im in the middle of swaping in an rb20det. Replacing all the factory arms with adjustible ones,i also have a nolathane rear subframe bush kit and an r200 lsd Fresh import motor 110,000kms, in excellent condition Also my old man owns this, 100,000kms Turbo manual Nissmo model
