sounds good... i am pretty much going for system too, and there is a slight chance i might meet the fellas(who by the way happen to be the same natio as i) as their costume designer is my lady friends first cousin..it also be nice to see the other acts as well... the only problem is i seem to get so smashed the night before every BDO and cbf going even though i had bought tickets!!

Just wondering if anyone is going to the Big day out this year...i have bought tickets for previous years but never ended up going(weather too hot and way too hungover ), but this year i am gonna make an effort for System of a Down... So anyone here thinking of going? Has anyone been before?? Let us know your thoughts about this event..... Oh maybe we could organise a SAU VIC contingent if people are keen.

Greg the car is a white s2 r33 with funky 18s with 265s back, 235s front, sitting on adjustable teins and a zorst. I will be there, i will wait for time and place confirmation. Also i can pm you my mobile if needed. thanks

well if thats the case i will turn up to the next shoot... if it wasnt stressed in this thread that only the names on the list turn up today, i would have rocked up...it seems there were a few cars only.

dude if you want the absolutely the best tuner in australia, go and see Joe Beninca at Beninca Motorsports in Surrey Hills melb...He was involved with the design of the ecu, introduced it to Group A racing here in aus and to europe...he is a mech eng. has worked on F1 engines in the past, and there is no better person to tune your autronic in aus... http://www.beninca.com.au/

i have 18's with 235 front 265 rears...i have lowered the car a fair bit, i get no rub what so ever...i guess the offset of the wheels have something to do with that.

my guess would be Feb but i suggest you call the police or Vicroads... by the way did you sell your car or keep it?? i remember it was for sale at one stage and i was(still am) looking for a skyline for my cousin, and did show him the pics but didnt see you after that for a long time...

i have just installed tein HA coilovers and i have to say i am happy with them... the ride is harder than standard but not too bad for the road, but you do feel the bumps a bit more..the upside is the steering response and the handling has improved beyond my expectations.. i say go for them, if you dont like them you can always sell them. -

if you are out of your car walking away, there is no way the cops can make you get back in it and take you to a roadworthy inspection....and no way can they canary your car while its locked and you are not present..... i would have ignored him and not said a word and just kept walking!!!!
