Im not looking for any time for the 1/4 , just want a tiny bit more fun. I did search and not much people have had the cams. The guy said i have 2 hi flow cats but no y-pipe. I wouldnt want to change that impul as it seems to be helping .Probably best for me just to change the intake like you said (filter , z-tube , and the motordyne spacer.) If your in sydney we can catch up and we can have a chat. Now all i need to know is where is the cheapest for these mods. I saw ebay k&n filter for about $100 delievered. the z-tube was about $200 from the z-store and the spacer from the riverside infinity what ever they have it at i think its about $300 . So roughly spending about $550-$600 hopefully achieve at least 175rwkw.

Im abit confused from all the reading i have done. Im reading on the g35 driver forums they are getting 235-245rwhp and im at 215rwhp. So should i be happy with this dyno result or not ?

With the motordyne spacer k&n filter and the z-tube I'm hoping for 180kw that would be great . A friend told me better off going with some cams for the money and would be looking around the 200kw area . What do you guys think ? How much are cams and what's the ones to get ?

Just quickly here is the results . He said i should be happy and with the mods im looking at should add another 15-20kws, Is this result at the wheels or what ? Its my first time

They are charging me $100 and he looked at the impul he said never seen it before but I'm going to get the power run anyway just to see the output and how it's running with the Aussie fuel . I did mention to him about the spacer and he said something about clearance under the bonnet .

I have the 03 manual as well. I'm going tomorrow to get a dyno run and possible talk about a tune depending on price. I'm currently researching and in the market for a motordyne spacer 5/16" , k&n drop in filter and the z-tube. There are so many z-tube stainless steel , CF , etc im not sure which one to buy , what do you think? As for my mods i already have a fuji exhaust system, and some impul ecu that im not real happy about. I think it cuts out the revs higher like 7500rpm's but i believe no one can tune it or it cant be tuned. I will find out tomorrow.

I have 245/35/19 fronts and 275/35/19 rear. I think 19's are big enough for the car i wouldnt get 18's geoff still looks tiny. Does anyone know if my wheels are forged or strong ?

It doesnt look like a aftermarkte one . But i turned it clockwise until i cant turn it anymore and its upside down. It has two things on either side looks like adjustments you can see one of them in the photo.

Yes it has grub screws how do i tighten them. Yes i turned ot clockwise it just keeps spinning and spinning.

Hey guys, Im driving about and shifted into 3rd and my gear knob spun around . I was looking how to tighten it . Its the factory standard one and has two clips on either side but i have no idea what they are for. I read on G35driver but there is nothing there. Any help would be grand. Also another question what does OEM stand for ?? Cheers

I'm going to search around for a place in sydney at can give me a power run and see how it's running. I have a exhaust system but was looking at getting a JWT popcharger . Do you think i will notice a difference with performance or only sound. I think this ecu allows the car to travel more then the cut off speed as i have a DEFI aftermarket HUD for a digital readout of kms when the speedo stops at 180 or 190 whatever it is i think this will keep track of the speed. I'm too scared to find out .

For anyone in the future this is what i have found . The second photo with the green button next to the boot release when playing a dvd and switch the button on it lights up and two things happen. Firstly the bose stero says AUX and sound now comes from the factory speakers i dont know where the sound was coming from before but it was veryfaint. Secondly some lights under the seats light up , pretty cool. The third photo is an air purifier pressed it lets out a fresh smell. Still cant work out the last photo yet. I tried looking around for cables or wires loose couldnt find nothing but didnt want to pull anything apart.

With the compliance i wont say the exact figure but i had a agruement with them. The way they looked at it , they helped me out with some things , like the xenon lights and the impul chip and the recaro seats they didnt touch . Too be honest with the seats they aren't that comfortable . It took the shop nearly 4 weeks to comply dont know what they did either. From 19k i had to pay for shipping , brokers fee's , customs duty , g.st. , customs broker fee's (all of which was the price of the car's purchased price) , steam cleaning , towing , compliance , green slip , blue slip , registration , transfer payments But in the end i got a car that goes the way i wanted and looks the part. The advan wheels i have are worth alot and look really good. I went to the local tyre shop today and some boys came out and took some photo's .

Yes i know they are illegal but they only work when i open the doors. once i start the car they switch off !
