yeah I pulled it off to check the leak it's usually connected, my oil light still works on start up with it disconnected though so f**k knows.

any ideas WTF sensor it is? it's on a 1997 stagea

yep definitely leaking from the centre of the sensor, I'm keen to replace it if I knew what it was! I may just ring Nissan and they can find it in fast?

Not the thread where it screws into the block no, the sensor itself is leaking from in front of the black plastic part behind the silver screw that's circled in the pic

I have only tried tightening the screw on the very end of the sensor not the whole sensor screwing into the block but yeah I didn't move it much and it didn't help. Do you have any idea what the sensor is? if i'm going to remove it i may as well replace it, id hate for it to leak if I cleaned it and put it back on

it was leaking from there but I replaced the seal and its no longer leaking that's on old photo, I'm actually watching it leak from the sensor with the engine running.

Hello! I have oil leaking/weeping from the front of this sensor just below and to the left of my oil filter. Can anyone tell me what sensor it is (oil pressure?) and if I should replace the whole thing? I have had no luck tightening the screw at the front which is where it is leaking, at the very front just behind the screw. Thanks for any help Rhet

Hello again fine sirs! after repairing the first oil leak i have found another, oil is seeping from the very front of the sensor to the left/below the oil filter. Right from the front just behind the screw that holds the tab/electrode thing for the sensor wiring. Now is this the oil pressure sensor? i'm thinking it may be best to replace the whole thing? any advice? cheers guys, this is really starting to shit me!

It is loosing a bit, a little 10cm puddle when I park over night. It has never been removed as far as I know. I did look to see if it was coming from higher and didn't see anything but I'll have a proper look tomorrow again.

hhmmm ok its due for an oil change so ill try that when i have the filter off, is that what that thing is> the oil cooler?

Hello any help would be great, My C34 is currently leaking oil from near the oil filter, I'm 99% sure its not the oil filter because when i grab it with clean hands the filter and the filter block are clean. It looks like its coming from the part in the pics iv attached it might be the factory oil cooler? not to sure just wondering if anyone knows of a common leak that can develop in this area? I cant get a good look in there and I have big hands LOL, also its leaking a fair bit of oil so I need it fixed asap. thanks guys Rhet

Holy thread revival! Anyhow i ordered wheel studs through Nissan for my SERIES 1 C34 Rs4 part number is ni-43222-28b10, they do not fit because the knurling part is too thick, can anyone help a brother out and give me a part number for a series 1? I know for certain the ones i have are for series 2 as i compared them with Chuckies off his S2. Thanks for ay help

Hi guys im selling my 3" turbo back exhaust off my Series 1 C34 stagea which is for an RB25. It consits of a just jap mild steel 3" dump front combo, 3" hight flow catco cat, and an unknow 3" jap cat back (modified by kermit to sit up higher for clearence) including centre and rear muffler (stainless) with twin 3" tips.
