  9. yep i got this same colour, apparently this is one of the factory colour. Looks dark blue in the shade and kinda dark greenish in the light. But mine has a bit of grey on the bottom half going around the whole car, the line where the skirts starts. Been thinking of respraying this part when the kit is on, making the whole car the same colour. Will post pics later of this factory colour. So thommo does urs came with the whole blue or is the bottom half colour coded.

  12. in terms of the dimension and size yes it fits perfectly in the stock mount. but the screws need new wholes drilled in the stock mount. :werd:
  13. hey ben, I know alot of people have this problem and after a while got used to it but i guess its damn bloody annoying and would love to fix it. Yea i've got to the stage where whisp of smoke came out of the steering column, freaks me out at first but now it don't do it as much including the ticking sound, but it still does it when it feels like it. So my question is how do u replace the sliding contact and at wat cost  , a step by step instruction would b great. You'd do us a whole lot of favour man. Thanx in advance.
  14. yep my pioneers fit exactly in the stock mount except i drilled new holes to secure it in as the holes from the stock speakers doesn't match up. I was told if u wanna fit aftermarket speakers without any hassles get the Clarions as all nissans got clarions as stock and apparently theres no need to modify the wirings also (correct me if i'm wrong).
  15. nope sorry dude, my sis got the digi for her friends wedding, but the pics would b no different from yours though except i use white sikaflex that works the same. cheers
  16. kool thanx for the replies, yea currently deciding to leaving the factory grill on as the pioneers need alot of modifying to fit on perfectly like using plastic or fibre molding. anyways speakers sounded sweet now. cheers
  17. hey thanx alot that fixed the problem and no more petrol smell, plus i now get the schweppes pssshh sound when opening the cap! :uh-huh: cheers mate

  19. wat about the front grill of the pioneer speakers, they would'nt fit exactly in the stock hole would they? Or do u guys just use the r33 grill and not bother using the pioneer's? Wat do u guys do to fit this in? And for the speaker wiring u just chop off the old connecter and fit another one that fit the pioneers, wat connectors are used? thanx

Does this excess sound right? How much excess are all u guys paying with Just Cars? My Excess is for: * Standard excess = $300 * Age excess 22-25 yrs old = $300 * Endorsement excess (watever thats for) = $700 ** Total = $1,300 ta.

  23. thanx for the replies guys. looks like i'm gonna stick to the BCP6ES and still b gapping it to 0.8 ta
  24. And the reason being to resist :talk2hand the resistor? lol Oh yea found the BCP6ES-11 at $uper Cheap. ta
  25. Its time to change my plugs, and currently i've got a set of NGK BCP6ES-11 in there i think gapped to 0.8 with no probs. Now went to Repco for another set and there told me to get the PFR5G-11 which there don't stock the BCP. On the NGK website the PFR5G-11 are also rocommended. Are these two plugs equivalent to each other? I know one is resistor type and one is not, which ones better? So anyone used this plugs before and wat are ur opinions? thanks
