The 1000 has logging capabilities, I used mine on the weekend at a rally and just set it to log ever 50 metres, damn accurate when i uploaded it to Google Earth

I'll throw in the Motorsports Club of Tasmania as another which is actively expanding its footings to include circuit racers and alike, still very much a Rally club. We are not yet affiliated with the track's but hope to do so this year. Most events are multi-club anyway. So unless private track hire is your biggest concern, thats a third club to consider. Do tell!!! I think the biggest killer for Tony will be tyres, not able to run on the Dunlop DZ03's he has previously run on, cos they just don't make em in that size!

Glenney will give them a run though I think... I still think don't underestimate the GTR too soon, it seems to be defying the laws of physics in all the road tests carried out, maybe not this year its still too new yet.

Like everything is an inch thick in grime, should have really taken to it with a pressure washer first, but meh too late now. can tell a butcher has been working on it though, that many stripped bolt heads over tightened bolts.. my temper is limited haha! hopefully its going again tomorrow if burson's is open and i can get the last few things i need. Will be fun to drive the old girl again and even more fun when its wearing the old LCA's and coilovers from my silvia. Would love to throw an S13 rack in it also to get rid of bump steer, but im not quite that enthusiastic just yet.
