  1. hi there, it depends on what you would define as laggy? if you're looking for the same response as the factory turbo, then this would be laggy for you. re: full-boost, etc, like i wrote previously, this setup was on the car when it had an RB24DET (stroked RB20) before i bought it so i'm not sure when full boost came in exactly b/c i didn't get to drive it. although, i was taken for a drive as a passenger and with the RB24, it didn't feel laggy, and it was only on 10psi. fyi, the RB25DET NEO is a good flowing engine and it will run this turbo perfectly.
  2. fyi, this turbo is a perfect match for the RB25 or RB30DET.
  3. hi there, below are some pics from when the turbo kit was on the car before i purchased it. T67_engine_1 T67_engine_2 T67_engine_3 as for power & boost, it never got it tuned to see the full potential as it was only running a chipped r32 ECU, but with the RB24 it felt quite responsive and power delivery was quite linear. It also moved for only 10psi ;-) i'll get some more pics of each item over the weekend.
  4. gday all, i have here for sale a complete Greddy T67-25G turbo kit which came off the car which i bought not that long ago which had an RB24 in it. the RB24 was removed from the car prior to my purchase and the turbo kit is way too big for the standard RB20DET which currently runs in my car, so i have no need for it. the turbo kit itself is in excellent condition and the turbo has no play whatsoever and spins freely. the manifold has 2 hairline cracks, but they will be fixed before being sold. the kit consists of the following; * Greddy T67-25G turbo with 8cm turbine housing * Greddy high mount tubular manifold * Greddy Type R external wastegate with 10psi spring * 3.5" turbo/dump pipe to cat * intake pipe * Z32 afm to suit this kit would be ideal for anyone that wants to build a very tough and streetable 300+ rwkw street/circuit RB25 or RB24det. Price: $3600. will post pics very soon. * turbo kit is in melbourne. PM me if you are interested.
  5. i got one that i'm looking to sell. give me a call on 0404 891953 for more info.
  6. this is the one you want http://www.gcg.com.au/turbo/ViewProduct.aspx?ProductID=7 with the orignal Garret GT30 exhaust housing.
  7. do u have an r32 airbox by any chance?
  8. that doesn't sound right for a GT3076R. you must've had the smaller version GT3071R (with smaller/cropped turbine wheel) or the tune was bad.
  9. i would be pointing to detonation aswell, especially given your comment about the fuel you used - '93 octane'
  10. that ain't my ad so don't go bagging my english buddy.
  11. i'm sorry, what's wrong with my english? btw, i was referring to the manifold as it looks to be very nicely designed and constructed.
  12. what turbo are you looking at?
  13. hi all, just found this on ebay and had to share it, as the manifold is a work of art. Ebay link
  14. hehe, it is working. picked it up from the auto elec. yesterday, just need to service and fine tune it which will be soon.
  15. 200rwkw ain't bad on 14psi, although with the new engine, supporting mods and an aggressive tune, results should also be very impressive. was it laggy/doughy mid-rpm with the 10cm housing?
  16. there are a couple of guys running the garret equivalent (gt3076r) check this link out; http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rb...no-t103095.html
  17. ok, so the smaller turbine with the 20G comp wheel. how does it drive with the 10cm housing?
  18. what turbo do u have?
  19. URAS, after checking the Trust website, the T67 and the TD06SL2-20G actually share the same turbine wheel (54.1/61mm), although the T67 has the larger 25G comp wheel. given this, i guess it wouldn't be that bad. only one way to confirm this and that's to bolt it up to my POS ;-)
  20. that's a fair point. the car i bought actually had a stroker RB24 in it before i bought it which i also have all the parts to. fitting it to the rb20 would just be for shits and giggles and to be honest, it would be better than the stocker that's on there now. btw, 1.2-1.3 bar doesn't scare me
  21. Was your tuner able to tell you specifically what in the engine internals would be causing this problem? Also, it is a possibility that the lambda sensor being used by your tuner is old and not giving 'accurate' AFR readings. I think it's worth seeing another reputable tuner just to get a 2nd opinion. good luck.
  22. the reason i ask is b/c i have a complete T67 kit sitting in my garage which i'm thinking of bolting onto my rb20.
  23. very good results and i'm sure the drivability is awesome. Although, has anyone had any experience with the T67 or TD06SH-25G on an RB20?
  24. 265 hp = 197 kw so, what does it feel like? also, how much boost are you running?
