  1. Try taking a cruise around , manuka flats , redhill , etc... Thats where a few of the stolen cars have been turning up
  2. Spotted my R32 getting bogged on the GDE whilst trying to do a U turn .... on the grassy section after missing the turnoff to Aranda Lucky for me some other drivers saw me stranded and helped me push the car out ... Was rather embarrassing but then again I guess it could happen to the best of us ... Car was bloody filthy after spinning the wheels like a madman trying to get it out .... whilst bogged the whole car ended up filthy as hell ... (tried driving out slowly to no avail ... Damn open rear diff and no rear LSD to help me get out .... The drivers side rear wheel which was in the dirt would just keep spinning like crazy whereas the passenger side would spin slowly ... Car is now Clean as a daisy as I spent all afternoon in the Cold cleaning out the interior and exterior ... So much mud and grass underneath the car it was like it had been in a bloody rally of Canberra ... Got many weird looks from other drivers probbably wondering where I had been with my R32 covered in mud LOL...
  3. Where are you located ?
  4. Inter coolers are painted black from factory for thermal efficiency ... matte Black is able to dissipate heat far better than any unpainted alloy surface Sounds funny I know but research it

  6. I work at Rusden Motors in fyshwick ... 22 Lyell st The reason I would do them so cheap is I'd do them on a Saturday... if you bring me the discs to machine ... That way the boss doesn't put his % on top of the machining costs as I will say I am machining my own rotors ... We normally only carry regular QFM pads in stock as they move alot faster than specialized racing pads ... I can ask my boss if he can get those pads in for you if you'd like QFM A1RM Front pads are DB1170 and rears are DB1220
  7. Well Chris's 180sx has the Heart transplant from a R33 GTST
  8. you after just the Bellhousing ?
  9. I can machine rotors at work $22 per rotor to (machine them) ... and we can also supply QFM brake pads ... $88 to machine all 4 provided you bring me the rotors and they are still within spec

  16. I am looking for a good reliable , Quality Fiberglasser to install my BN sports Blister kit for my R32 Since the kit is a full widebody kit the rear guards will need to be moulded into the body hence why I need a fiberglasser I dunno of many shops around so anyone had any good experiences with either a shop or a backyard fiberglasser to do jobs like this ? Not looking to spend heaps and heaps of Dollars but I want a nice quality fiberglass job that aint gonna cost the world like alot of shops out there ... some places want like $3000 to install a kit they can get ripped ... as I am doing the paintwork myself I will just need the kit fitted and smoothed in and primed thats all
  17. Figure 8's in a a large open carpark somewhere in fyshwick is pretty good ... usually ya dont have to do it for 30 mins
  18. OK my bad wasn't aware that they were "beginners" - On the Wakefield park site it said it was $10 spectator entry fee so I gathered the entrants were skilled drifters thats all was a pretty poor turnout all the same only 4 people when I was there on the track and saw 3 other cars in the pits that I saw ... Didn't see ya there Eiji otherwise I would have stayed longer and said hello Anyone else see the widebody black S15 I saw it on my way out going towards wakefield park looked awesome
  19. was friggin gay ... went out there and there was only 4 cars out there none of which could hold a drift through atleast one corner ... WTF there was 1x VU ute 1x 180sx 2x ae86 rollas none of which were impressive to watch ... ended up staying for 10 mins whilst eating my lunch and then drove all the way home it was dead set crap...
  20. Just posting up to see who is going ... even to watch ... I am thinking of heading up in the morning to watch the drifting ... anyone else heading out ?

  22. I didn't know pizza places made motors LOL
  23. I came off the throttle then back on the throttle through a roundabout ... the wheels didn't spin the engine just revved up and attracted attention so the cop who was on the sidewalk pulled me up and gave me a warning ... and they decibel tested the car and I had a chat with them for a few minutes and they let me off ... after showing my recent rego papers of only 2 months old and no modifications have been done since the rego inspection... My car decibel tested at 97.4 db @ 3200rpm for a RB20DE sounds to me like there db meter is a bit f**ked as my car is not that loud .. my 1.6 SOHC ford laser is a million times louder They let me off and told me to stuff some steel wool up the exhaust to quieten it down a tad as they said it was just over the legal limit of 90db They then retested it a 2nd time at my request with myself watching the meter and the car only made 91.4db @ 3200rpm which is only just over ... The cops are only doing there job ... but I don't know how accurate there equipment really is I guess it was my fault for blipping the throttle and gaining unwanted attention in the first place so I will learn from this episode and will look into getting the car officially db tested for future reference
  24. Be careful out tonight ... cops are out in force everywhere ... I got pulled up and let off with a warning ... so just take it easy
