no good comes from them.... you get more "rice boy" shit from trevs more attention from cops if your car is stock and you have neons thats just stupid if your car is bombed, looks like the 2 fast 2 furious car (like danny's ) then its ok because he is riced up on every other angle so the neons dont look outa place. all i can suggest is dont turn them on or off infront of a cop because then they will say they are flashing, and if you are turning them off then the cops will think your guilty of something and pull you over...
