peter's car is always forsale... for the right price his dream car is a series 6 rx7 and wants to get one of them one day... nice car but i would prefer his gtr he has a thing for rotarys his rims are OZ racing 9"s at front and 10"s at rear for those who wanted to know... and yup they could be gtst offset...because they do go under the guard a long way...and people have suggested spacers to bring them out. why do i know more than peter about his car? coz he lives with me and he loves his rx7s by heart and i love my gtrs by heart.... although im going straight for the gtr33

theres 3 gtr32s in the mandurah area alone and i know of 2 gtr33s in bunbury so theres some more... obviously some gtr32s in bunbury but dunno how many.... i do know there are no r33 gtr's in mandurah tho so you can add that to the count and include us aswell your guess looks pretty accurate to me tho... thats the kinda ratio that i have seen....

im 21 i pay $996 with Westfarmers Insurance and my excess is stupidly low. Westfarmers dont even insure cars unless its attached to a home insurance policy(which i dont have), let alone and import. Moral of the story, be mates with an insurance director.

zanda, when i said presteige i meant the whole importing deal... i wasnt narrowing down to presteige at all and if i was going to privatly import a car i would consider using them, that all being said, i would never ever import a car privately.... i see the risk being too much.... it has worked out awesome for some people but bad for others, take jas for example his car worked out awesome... if you do decide to do this good luck to you mate and i wish you all the best.... im an impulse buyer and if i buy something i want it NOW so i could never do this because i couldnt wait the time

yer but fair isnt always true... but i suppose its the best indication that you have when your an importing a car... no one knows how many ks that their car has "done". and that isnt presteige's fault and applys to all importing... that the gamble we take i suppose... the difference when importing tho, is that you cant see how it runs, idles, sits on the road etc etc.... anyways.... off topic... i would go for autoworx...

i agree with GTAAH on the fact that if you pick up an r32 gtr with 80k+ on it for a broker it will need some sort of work... My vote is for Autoworx as my car is from there.... and since when does presteige have Genuine Ks ever?

ummmm.... non import car brand new....for ~$45k hmmmm a BMW?? prolly best to try drift one of them.... or the XR6T or and RX8?? but apart from that with that price range for a brand new car that is a NON import your really cutting it fine...

r32 takes 2 fuses to get into RWD, 1 under bonnet 1 in cabin... you can also get it into rear wheel drive by turning the car off and then on again while moving.... but as soon as you come to a complete stop the 4WD will re-engage.... by the way when you do both of these you also disable the ABS... a fun and happy drifting...

i think s1 ecu has an ignition thing seperate to the ecu where the s2 ecu has the idnition thingy built in.... im not a mechanic so you will have to get someone else to confirm...

I tryed searching but i couldnt find anything and i know this is going to sound dumb but i dont care... how do you get the fkin wing off? i removed the 4 bolts underneath and tryed pulling it off but it still feels like something is holding it on.... and i really dont wanna pull on it too hard because its my baby... you guys understand... anyone got any help? someone else done it recently?

as rob said... talk to them like normal people then the big c0ckheads will shrink a bit and they will be like normal people... I got caught in margaret river doing the biggest burnout all the way round a corner and about 50 meters up the road... it was near prevelly... and somewhere where i didnt think cops would drive over the hill infront of me... a burnout is dangerous driving i think and 6 points... i think... i got out of the car and 3 cops surrounded me and my car asking me to open every single fkin door that my car has... (yes they were abusing the sht outa me swearing their fkin heads off) the main guy said "Gday Dckhead!!" i got out of the car straight away and talked to him standing up and he said "You better have a fkin good reason why you did that!!" i explained that i was just being immature and just showing off and it was just stupidity and i dont know why i did it other than that.... after checking over my car... and giving me a fair bit of abuse he gave me a 3 points $150 fine for "Excessive Noise" and said go back to mandurah where you came from you fkin idiot and if i see you or any of your mates in the next 5 mins im going to yellow all your cars no matter how legal they are!!! (we were on a small cruise, about 7 cars) I thought i got off pretty lightly, no yellow, no 6 points, still got a licence and i didnt get bent over the bonnet with a jug of vaso.... so you can get them on your side if you just admit you were being a dckhead and it was uncharacteristic of you.... but yer...i thank that i got that cop and not one like the others did...
